One of their drivers with Texas License plate BTF2702 what wreckless driving on toll road 45 and south I-35. Driver cut me off. Then proceeded to cutting off 3 other cars, one so close that the other driver swerved onto the shoulder. I’m sure their repair service is good though.
Had a fuse blow in my downstairs unit and a leak in my upstairs , Bobby the service man came and provide professional advice and input and got me up and running in no time. I did not feel cheated when i got the bill and will use them again, thanks guys!
In 2014, they installed a new Condenser. Now, I discovered that they installed one that was made in 2002 and charged $3800. I got took! I could of saved money and just got a whole new HVAC from another place.
Website claims 24 hour emergency service. I was told a tech would be dispatched to repair my kitchen refrigerator yesterday morning, nobody showed or called. This morning, they tell me no techs are available until Monday.
