They installed our unit back in 2015 and it still running like its brand new. We have theyre plan to check on the unit twice a year and they always so friendly with my family and pets. They share rockstar advice on how we as homeowners can take care of the unit in between services. Thanks for everything yall!
Hank's just did a rebuild of my system about 7-8 years of age. They, in less than a full day totally rebuilt two systems. One a heat pump, 2 tons the other a 3 ton regular air system. Both systems work better than they did when new. Hanks is OLD SCHOOL! Their word is their bond! A very good spot to invest your hard earned money.
My oven door no would no longer lock and so I could not run the self-cleaning function. Other than that the oven worked perfectly. I went online to find a repair company to come take a look at it and found Hanks. They had a on-line request for service function and since I was already on line, I thought I would go ahead and use it even though I really prefer to talk to a real person. I got an email back telling me I had to call to request service. So I called, and was told that I couldn't request service until I could tell them the manufacturer's name (that information wasn't requested in the on line format) so I got the information and called back and scheduled the service. The repair man showed up on schedule, this was the only part of the service that went well. After stripping a number of screws and banging around in the oven, the repair man told me the solenoid switch would need to be replaced and quoted me a price that seemed high and the part would need to be ordered and another visit scheduled. As the repair man packed to leave, I noticed that the display on the oven was now flashing and asked the repair man if that could be returned to service. Without the display working, there would be no way to set temperature or anything else on the oven and it would be completely unusable. After a half hour of yanking and banging on the oven, the display was again functional.
After comparing the cost of a new oven to the cost of the repair, I decided to go ahead and request the repair be made. I called Hank's and was told that the repair person would call me back. In the 2+ weeks that followed, the door to the oven no longer completely closed and screws that were improperly re-installed fell out. After 2+ weeks, I called Hank's again, and was again told that the repair person would call. After another week I called a 3rd time, cancelled the request, and asked that my original fee that was paid be refunded since I would have to start all over again with another repair service. I did receive the requested refund.
Just had one of my AC units replaced. Worked with Bobby, came out yesterday and installed today. Bobby is great, super nice, super competent and efficient. Price was fair and service outstanding. Living in Texas, you kind of need AC, these are the first folks I will call in the future. Good work guys!
Bernard from Hank's is amazing he almost installed my propane dryer, but Sears sold me all the wrong parts he took his time explaining to me everything I need, taking pictures and telling me exactly what to tell Sears and what parts to order. Bernard knows the true meaning of customer service. I will definitely use Hank's for my heating and air conditioning needs. Thank you
Hanks responsiveness and care when I reported my ac was not blowing cold air out, was first rate. He came out the very same day, assessed it, found the problem, charged it with Freon to get me over the jump, and had the parts replaced within 2 days.
My fiancée and I called Hank's to service our downstairs A/C unit. The serviceman arrived and checked the freon level and let us know it was low. He then looked at the air handler - didn't even open it, but just looked at the exterior and saw that it was older than the outside portion. We just needed the unit charged with freon. The serviceman wouldn't charge the unit unless we agreed to have the air handler replaced by Hank's. Mild extortion is no way to do business.
The service technician, Randy, was very polite, friendly, and professional, which is the only reason why I give this company even one star. However, I was shocked by the $755 price tag when it came time to pay for the 30 minutes of work consisting of screwing in a couple $30 components. Furthermore, I am now convinced that I did not even need the repairs in the first place, as the root issue of my heating problem seems to be an electrical one at my breaker box, not the heater itself. I feel like I was robbed :(
Hank's Technician was very professional, friendly and efficient and worked to fix my Air conditioner with the lowest cost possible as quickly as possible. He did a great job and went "above and beyond duty".

Fixed our blower motor in a pinch last weekend. Thanks Hank, we'd have been screwed without you! It's working great now...
