Donovan did freakin great. I’m an hvac student and I had a feeling I knew what was wrong with my system. The fan wasn’t spinning so I ordered a new fan motor for $200 bucks online and I had him confirm that it was the right motor I bought. What a great guy. We could be good friends lol. Thanks Bud

James was wonderful. Professional and attentive. He took it upon himself when he realized it wasn’t heating to potential to diagnose and locate the issue. Because he is so experienced, he located some wires were pulled and he managed to get them re-pinned. I had a brand new unit from 2019 and the installers made an error (not minuteman). He saved me over $600 by using his professional experience and knowledge to repair it so I didn’t need a new heating kit. Highly recommend the whole team and company!

After 3 different AC companies came out to service my units and all stated I had a non repairable leak on my evaporator coil’s and wanted thousands of dollars for the repairs!!! It took one minute for Minute Man Heat and Air to tell me all three companies was wrong and it would only take a minute to fix the problem and it sure doesn’t cost thousands for the repairs thanks to Will and Tunde the techs over at Minute Man for delivering outstanding service and getting the air restored to my home I know my disabled Wife will be pleased when she gets home from doctors office!!!

I am very happy with the technician. Frank quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the cause and checked that the system was working properly before leaving. He answered all my questions and was very courteous.
