This is a great company to work with. They were honest, on time, and efficient. Compared to other quotes our neighbors received they were also the lowest price. My only con is I wish they had a lower interest rate on the financing.

Lance did a wonderful job installing our system. He made sure we understood everything, repaired the secondary system, and stayed until we had AC. Highly recommend!

They have been amazing! Chad was wonderful in helping figure out what was wrong and James did a great job with actually fixing our AC. They were both so nice and did everything they could to help us. We can't recommend them enough!

The team was prompt, they were efficient, but most importantly to me, they were respectful of the house and treated it far better than I sometimes treat it myself. All questions were answered as asked. Overall very pleased with the experience and glad I chose Minuteman for our HVAC needs.

The service tech was excellent, gave good information. The sales person who followed never sent me a quote for 1) air handler replacement , 2) cost for a Trane total replacement. I have since gone with another company.

Called Minuteman on Tuesday because AC was blowing hot. Technician said it was hot due to a dirty filter and it caused the unit to freeze up. He removed filter and defrosted the unit and left. Also, when he removed the filter, he didn’t replace it. Tuesday night it froze again. I called Minuteman back around 4 pm to inform them it still wasn’t fixed. They said they would try and get back to me as soon as they could. I asked the receptionist why the Freon level wasn’t checked and she told me she wasn’t sure. I waited until the next day and since I haven’t heard from them, I called them back. The receptionist said the manager was going to give me a call with a plant to fix. Only thing I received at this point was a quote to patch and that the patch could fail as soon as they left. So I waited until Thursday afternoon after not hearing from them and then called Johns AC in Mansfield. Within 4 hours Johns AC changed my coils out and my unit was repaired. This is how things should have went with Minuteman. I know who I will be using from now on!!

I had Minuteman Heating and Air install two new Heating and Air Conditioning systems in my house. Lance, Will and their crews did an OUTSTANDING job!
Their experience and knowledge showed throughout the installation. I was very impressed by the quality of their workmanship. You can see by the results that they take great pride in their work. In the attic, they rearranged the plywood flooring and rerouted some PVC pipes so they could install the air handlers to provide easy access to the units. A flue pipe had to be extended for one of the units, requiring Lance to go onto the roof to secure and weatherproof the fittings. Outside, they updated the electrical connections, bringing it up to code. Back in the attic, they replaced the plenums, repaired some ducting and adjusted the air flow for each section. What a difference that makes! The airflow through the house is incredible. The units run a far less amount of time and evenly distribute the conditioned air. When they were done, they did an excellent job cleaning up in the attic, inside and outside of the house. Lance took me through the how to's of the systems going over each unit and answering all of my questions. Everything they did was covered in the agreed to price. There were no additional charges for what I thought would be considered extra cost. I do not write very many reviews, but I could not be happier with my decision to use Minuteman Heating and Air. They worked around my schedule arriving earlier than normal to accommodate me. I recommend them to you.

My 26 year old HVAC system needed a full replacement. Minuteman came out promptly and their technician explained my options in detail. I set up an appointment, and the installers showed up early. Every person I dealt with was super professional and patient, and now my AC is back up and running! Will definitely hire them again next time I need AC service!

Chad is professional & company dispatcher did an excellent job keeping me updated. Highly recommend, I never give 5 stars. But company deserves it. Honest, experience and professional.
