A technician charged $800 to “repair” our AC a few weeks ago. It’s not working, we’re sitting in a house with no air conditioning and we’ve received no responses to messages left regarding this situation.

Ian came out for my service call and was very knowledgeable about my unit and got it up and running quickly. Will use the company again.

A/C stopped working and I called Alden and within 2 hours they had showed up and completed repairs. I'm very pleased.

Do not know what they are doing and will ripe you off! Beware! Very dishonest, not nice people at all, techs lack skills will miss diagnose and high charges.

Always willing to help and will sell you ac parts big or small. Also whole units. Great place.
