All-Star Heat & Air

This is the worst unprofessional HVAC contractor there is in Amarillo. They do not have the decency and the common courtesy of of returning calls and are impossible to reach on Fridays thru Saturdays. Do not deal with this company, avoid at all costs.

My AC stopped running at 4:00 pm on a Monday and they had it running by 10:am the next morning. Im still running on a system they installed 18 years ago. Thanks guys.

Absolute worst! Home warranty company had them come out three times and still didn't fix my heater. I put one star because it didn't give me the option to put up negative stars.

Great company! I have used them for several years and they are very quick to respond and always do a great job.

Company is a scam. They want to bring the wrong parts and when you call them on it they on it and it didn’t even fix the problem with my AC not cooling at all.

this is the company my home warranty had me call and they are HORRIBLE! They never pick up the phone, and they have been over 2 hours late each time for the established appointment times.I hope they go out of business,

All-Star is very professional and would recommend to do any of your heating and ac work.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT AN AIR CONDITIONER FOR 2 MONTHS WHEN IT IS IN THE HOTTEST PART OF THE SUMMER. THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT THEY MISDIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND WHEN THEY CAME OUT TODAY THEY ORDERED THE WRONG PART. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ARE NEVER ON TIME. AT ANY GIVEN POINT DURING THE DAY IT IS 90 DEGREES IN MY HOUSE. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. THEY DESERVE NEGATIVE STARS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
