I had Southern Air come out to look at my A/C unit and apparently it just had a dirty air filter.

I had a new one still in the package so the tech replaced the old filter with this new one that I already owned and charged me $70 to replace and the entire visit cost be $230 and they were here about 10 minutes.

I guess this ensured that their commission would be higher if they charge for basically nothing.

I will never used their service as long as I need A/C and being in Texas that's a long time

First visit, the AC guys immediately blame the plumbers. OK. We show them a knick in the line and they say oh maybe it's the AC but check with the plumber. OK. Plumber comes out and says nope nothing is clogged and we took apart the p-trap to make sure everything was OK and this is an AC problem. Call Southern Air again and they send Phillip. Phillip appears to be on meth and is tweaking violently as he rudely says "call a plumber". This is my third service call in 2 days, we just need a resolution. Every time we talk about how everything unfolded Phillip interrupts and says call a plumber. Phillip also says he fixed the issue and we will not have the issue any longer but it's not an AC issue.
Absolutely deplorable customer service by the AC technicians. I've always had great service with Southern Air until now.

Excellent customer service. Early to their appointment and took care of everything, even checked things beyond the call. Thank you for keeping us cool in this Texas heat!
