    Service and quality work is alive and well at Southern Air. Clint was patient in answering all my questions regarding replacement of my main AC unit. Returned all my phone calls promptly. Flaco and team arrived on time, covered my floors, and kept me posted as they worked in 100+ heat to instal new unit. Very professional and long tenor, experienced crew. Colten provided service on my 2nd unit, keeping it alive for abit longer to ease the pain of 2 units going out at same time. I spoke with 3 other AC companies and Clint's company far exceeded expectations; so glad my co-worker referred me to them. I highly recommend Southern Air.

    I never write reviews but I had to because of Stephanie! Our system froze up. I called Southern Air and they were able to get someone out same day within the evening hours that I would be available. The technician found a leak in our coils. He refilled our system with freon and checked the system for anything else that could be wrong. The technician also said it might be still under warranty. I dreaded having to look up the information to make a warranty claim. But the next morning Stephanie from Southern Air called and had every tidbit of information needed. She has the serial number, the manufacturer's name and number, the name and number for the company that installed the unit, and how long I had left on my warranty. She did every bit of the leg work I was dreading without anyone asking!!! Thank you Stephanie and Southern Air!!

    We are a return customer after 17 years of using Southern Air, in the 17 years we used them on our 1st unit we only called them for service. They were always there without any issues. Professional, courteous & knowledgeable. They had to install a new inside unit yesterday. We were very pleased with the work ethics they have. Hard to find anyone like this anymore. Also, they bragged & bragged on their company, Southern Air. Thank you once again for being the company that we can always depend on. If I could give a you a "10" Star I sure would.

    Could not ask for better service! They notified us when we were next o. The list and they called when they were on the way. They came out and could feel that the house was not cooling. The engineer sat down and let my dad explain the history with the ac unit and the engineer went to work. When he found the problem he explained everything that they were doing and by the time the engineer left our house had cooled to the correct temperature. The engineer took time to find the actual problem. We will be loyal customers!

    This is above an beyond.

    New custom home in Brock Texas, 3 different trades dropped the ball and put a critical project behind schedule. This wasn’t Southern Air and Mechanical problem, yet Clint the owner got a full team out at
    6:30 pm on a Friday night to power up a system!

    I asked the team lead, what Clint did to bribe you and to get you out here tonight, he says,
    Honestly Clint treats us right if he asks, we do it.

    Folks, in this economy all the trades are slammed. They don’t NEED your business.
    Doing this is what the best of the best do.
