We purchased a new ac/heating unit from them in 2016. Nothing but problems. We switched to a different company that can come and fix the problems but it has cost us a ton of money and many hot nights and we also had 2 weeks without heat at Christmas and the secretary laughed when I told her our heat was out and they were. It able to provide the promised space heaters since they closed early for a party. I wish I’d had Halls install out unit. They are excellent and professional.
