Legit Heating and Air LLC

I've used Legit heating and cooling before and will always use them. The tech they sent out is Rod and he is awesome. He got here around 6 PM and didn't leave until everything was working correctly. Very professional very knowledgeable. You absolutely cannot beat the price. Thank you Rod.

During all this crazy cold weather we have been having and power outages my heater started blowing out cold air and wasn’t working properly at all. At 1am I panicked and called legit heating and air and was able to talk to someone right away and even though he couldn’t make it out he was able to talk me through how to get some heat back in my house until someone could get out to me. They sent out Rod a few hours later and he has been great working with me through everything! I really appreciate everything he has done and how quickly he was able to respond and help.

Showed up 15 minutes after I called during the week of the freezing weather and snow. Got our heater up and running appropriately and let us know of some other things that may need attention soon. Du the the rolling blackouts he had to make a second trip next day to inspect his repairs from the day prior but stayed in contact throughout the process. Not to mention when I called him I had been waiting over 48 hours for a call back from a message I left with our regular company. Will definitely be calling for future service needs.

Amazing service! So professional! Quick response! I will be using this company anytime I EVER need air conditioning or heating assistance. I also will be recommending him to anyone who needs these services. He was able to respond same day and get my air conditioning fixed within 24 hours. With two kids under two in the Texas heat, that was huge!!! So impressed!

Fantastic service! Our AC went down late on a Saturday evening and Legit took care of the issue in a courteous and timely manner. We will definitely reach out to them again when necessary.

Great service! I called and he came out the same day to inspect my heating and cooling system..in doing that he took pictures and explained everything that was going on with my system. He gave me options on how I should proceed. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with the level of customer service I received.

I just had a great experience with this company and owner. He was prompt and really had that customer service attitude. We had such a good experience that we are signing up for his maintenance plan.
UPDATE 10/1/19:
We ended up having to replace our entire air unit. He was running a little behind this morning but instead of me wondering when or if he would show up, he called and kept me informed! There are several companies in this town that could learn from Him. Thank you so much for providing an outstanding service. I wish they had a 6 star rating.

Heather was absolutely amazing. My son was even impressed with her knowledge and the way she explained how we could help in keeping our unit working. Thanks so much for getting here and getting us air on a Sunday. We slept Well!!!

Our heater went out on a snowy day. They came within the hour, on a weekend, and had use up and running in less than 20 minutes. Service man was extremely professional and efficient. We will definitely use them again.
