Bevills Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Feb freeze 2021
All pipe burst,no toilet,major water leak, the absolute worst case scenario for a CDK3 patient,ostomy patient , cancer 2x.
Initially, I used available credit card $. $400 the rest had to be put on a payment plan.approx:1200.
They were quick ,efficient,communicated well,went on to fix everything.
The collection process was grueling and quite harsh.
For the month of May I received 6 collection notices from Shiloh(apparently an employee @ Bevills).For a mere $73 balance!!!
I feel I was a responsible customer and paid till it was paid off
It may not have been in a consistent timely manner,however so was the freeze itself
Nobody ordered it.
Shiloh made it clear in voice mails , emails with invoice attached,2 emails w/invoice in same day.
Harsh collection practices to say the least... I dreaded this payment each month.Further more I was left feeling unappreciated as a customer trying hard to pay my bill.
Meaning I don't feel like I can be serviced by Bevills because of sour taste on collection practices. This is sad. I'm the only one suffering here.

I have needed Bevill's plumbing services twice in the last 10 days and both experiences were good. Today Neville quickly diagnosed my blocked condensate drain and had it open in less than an hour. Professional but personable and knowledgeable. Rates reasonable and no questionable charges. Highly recommend.

We have been using Bevills service since the late 80’s and there service is wonderful. In 2019 we did a kitchen and two bath remodel and the plumbing work was timely and excellent quality.
We had them out to do our annual service on air conditioning and with the Covid19 virus going on the service man had a mask and used all necessary precautions. I would not hesitate to recommend them for heating/air conditioning or plumbing work.

I have used Bevills Heating and Air Conditioning for years and have done the service contracts for spring and fall maintenance. Bevills is always eager to assist me in fitting in appointments in my busy schedule. The servicemen are always punctual and very professional. Wade has been here many times and he is so friendly and knowledgeable offering tips to keep my heating and air conditioning working at their best. I would recommended Bevills to anyone!

They come out quickly. Fair in their pricing, Came with the parts and explained what happened and what it would take to fix. I will call them again when and if I should need a repairman.

We called this Sunday morning when our air conditioner wasn't working, and the gentleman on-call was very polite and very helpful. They charge by the hour and as soon as he came in he went right to work figuring out what our problem was. We needed a new thermostat and we were unable to afford their product, but he took his time explaining to my husband how he needed to connect a new one and was very thorough. He also replaced our leaking capacitor and didn't charge for the extra 15-20 minutes he stayed over past the hour. 10/10 would call again. We will be needing to replace our unit soon, and will probably use this company based on today's performance.

Bevills is the most honest and reliable service I have ever used. They managed to identify a major problem with my air conditioner that another company caused. They told me exactly what needed to be done and went an extra step to help me get the other company to fix the problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they perform!

Bevills has always resolved my plumbing and air conditioning issues promptly and at a good price. I have used them for years for my own home and rental properties. They can be trusted to do a great job!

Paid to have a drain cleaned out. Plumbers very unprofessional and left without making sure it was clear. They got the money but did not fix the problem.
In response to Bevills' response. I have never worked for this company. I'm just an un happy customer that paid for something I did not receive.

My grandmother came across an issue with her plumbing - we had 3 companies come out to assess the problem. Bevills came up with the best way to approach and fix everything. We're thankful we called them. They we're straight forward in offering us little steps to fix the issue, whereas other companies went straight for the most expensive and invasive options. We will be using this company for our plumbing needs from now on.
