100 percent satisfied with my experience today with Archers. Honest square dealing people. I won't hesitate to call them in the future when i have needs!

Called them for routine maintenance on our AC unit (cleaning, inspection, etc.). Great first experience!! Technician (Joshua) was knowledgeable & friendly. Took his time checking my system and explained things as he worked. Looking forward to being a long time customer. Thank you Archer Air.

Archer came through AGAIN! I had an issue with my AC and within an hour or two I had a tech here ( I live in rural Campbell County), diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in no time! Luckily, it was very minor! Thank to Josh for fixing the issue and Allen for setting the service cal up so quickly! I highly recommend Archers!

Took 2 weeks and several calls before they even made service call to repair fireplace in December, 2017. Fireplace again quit working on January 31. Called for service. Was told by technician that he would be out that day or the next. To date, we have not heard another word from tech or company. We will NEVER call or recommend thus company again.

Archer Air helped me with an oddball problem with a small appliance compressor that no one else could. They were easy to talk to, understood the issue, and explained my options very well, and ended up rehabbing the thing at fair price.
