After dealing with several other companies, it was an absolute pleasure having Bob C. from Roscoe Brown install our new tankless water heater. Company was great with scheduling, provided clear and detailed estimates, and completed the work quickly and courteously. Definitely would use their services again!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had a new AC unit installed in my condo from Roscoe Brown around the end of last year and they gave me a better price than the other quotes I got. Since then, I have had a couple of small issues, and Mike came out out and fixed my problems. He was extremely professional and walked me through what he was doing each time. I would recommend this company to anyone!

After calling around six different plumbers in town who didn't have availability for up to a week and some super pricey estimates for a clogged drain, Roscoe Brown got a tech out to us within an hour of our initial phone call. He had the drain fixed within 30 minutes, gave us tips to keep it clear, and was super professional and friendly. Thanks for saving us from a week without a dishwasher or sink! I've been a loyal Roscoe Brown customer since building our first home in 1992 in Murfreesboro. When we bought an existing home in Nashville in 2005, we continued using Roscoe Brown to service the existing units. We recently replaced 2- 20 year old units. The sales, installation and follow up process was amazing and exceeded our expectations. They installed both units in one day to accommodate the arrival of out of town guests. We cannot get over the difference in the efficiency of the new units and love the smart thermostats. Thank you Roscoe Brown and your entire team.

Joseph D Henry (technician) came out to my place in Spring Hill today. Didn’t charge me an arm/leg, and was super intelligent about explaining how HVAC works and issues to avoid. I would say these folks hire good people. My neighbor also uses them and praises them. Recommend this company for sure.
