I've been dealing with M&A Supply Company's Nashville branch since 2001. They are the most honest, caring, and responsive distributor I've ever worked with. Even if the HVAC equipment brand manufacturer was pompous, arrogant, unresponsive, and not willing to help dealers to resolve customer concerns or problems with bad quality equipment, M&A Supply would go above and beyond to help us resolve any situation. Their entire team of professionals is dedicated to providing dealers the best experience possible. If I urgently needed an HVAC system the same day, if I called them by noon they would do whatever it took to get me what I needed that same day, even though my office is more than an hour away from their branch. Their inventory of replacement parts is so large that they can get me about 95% of the parts I need within 24 hours. Great Company, Great Team, and a great experience.
