Not only did they have the parts we needed but they also have amazing employees. I managed to lock my keys in my car and I had multiple gentleman try to help and unlock it. They even offered to wait after hours until the AAA guy showed up. I really appreciated the kind gesture!

Called about a part I needed, they had one just a different brand but fit perfectly on my lennox AC unit.
Showed up and they had the part ready for me. Employees ware very knowledgeable, came home and installed the part with no problems.

Had what I needed and great service! When I had my air ducts cleaned, it was obvious that the vent covers needed to be replaced. A friend recommended calling Ed's. I called them and they were very happy to help me figure out what I needed (measuring vent covers is not as intuitive as one would believe). It was a small order, only 12 items, and they pulled my order so it was ready for me to pick up in a hour. I brought one of each size of the old covers with me, fortunately. Junior (who was very polite and knowledgeable) quickly saw that I had made some of the measurements incorrectly and switched out those items for the correct ones. After I made my purchase, he helped me put the box in my trunk.
I would like to mention that Ed's is a large place with a strange shaped parking lot and very busy. As a non-industry person, I would have been utterly lost there, but everyone was so nice and helpful. Someone even waved me all the way around the parking lot to the best place to park for the items I was getting. Would definitely go there again.

I drove up for the first time and saw 20 AC Service vans outside and thought oh no this is going to take forever. As soon as I walked through the door I saw they had a dozen counter reps handling everybody. I walked right up to a free sales person. I told him what I needed and he quickly retrieved the right parts within minutes (electric motor, cap, & control board). Reasonable prices. Great experience.

Probably some of the nicest guys out there. I came to their store and there were like 10 commercial vans in the lot. I've always thought that you can tell who the best are when professionals shop there. The staff was great and helped with all my needs as well as answered all my questions! I would give them more stars if I could!

My run capacitor failed on my air handler last night. Being the DIYer that I am, I started looking around for local part suppliers. "Sorry, we only sell to contractors" was the general response. Then I found Ed's. I walked into a bustling storefront and was greeted by more than one employee. I was in and out in just a few minutes and the price I paid for the part was way less than I expected. Was I happy with my experience? Very. Would I go back again? Definitely.
