We desperately needed a new system back in 2017, and Total Trans4mation gave us the best quote. (We'd never heard of them before then.) They took the time to explain in detail why my system would need replaced- not just that it was old. I knew that already! The tech answered all my questions, and I actually spoke with the area manager at the time- very knowledgable staff. They actually gave me a great deal on the unit install, along with a greatly reduced price on a Nest thermostat! Since then, we found the Nest stat was acting up, and the tech came out for free and changed some settings, resetting the unit properly. Not a problem since! They currently service my unit regularly, and while this install is now 5 years old, I can still recommend Total Trans4mation here in Murfreesboro to all my clients!

Our youngest daughter discovered a water leak from the 2nd floor ceiling where our split unit is located above that room. I called Total Trans4mation. They immediately sent a technician in less than 1 hour to help us fixed the drain issue on this unit. We are glad to purchase our HVACs from Total Trans4mation. From initial call with them in 2021, they provided me with EXCELLENT customer service until now. From the owner to the office staff to the technicians, I received superior service. Total Trans4mation was incredible every step of the way and a wonderful full service company! Michelle in the office was wonderful to speak with and was excellent with keeping us informed from start to finish! Jose was prompt and very helpful while servicing our A/C units. He noticed a small water leak while in the crawl space and let me know right away, what a godsend!! Michelle was able to coordinate a plumbing fix and that’s when Gary stepped in!! Best plumber I have ever dealt with hands down. Honest, patient, friendly and prompt!! He was able to fix our plumbing leak and replace our garden hose spigots and install a new pressure reducing valve. Fast, efficient and does amazing work. Fantastic team and a big thank you!

I had many negative experiences but Total Trans4mation got us fixed, the same day that I called. A few weeks ago we got our Ac maintenance by a technician name Jose. He was very friendly, on time, respectful, well mannered, professional and honest. Jose found a leak in our ac it was simple work that another companies was not able to do the job right and on top of the very rude. Jose also emailed a quote quickly. I won’t trust no other company but them and will ask for Jose. I really recommend him and the company. Thank you so much for the positive work and attitude Total Trans4mation!!

The team at Total Trans4mation were amazing to work with. Ryan answered everyone one of my questions. He was also extremely competitive on price. Most of all he looked at the whole system as one unit and gave me solutions to address them. The installation team were so professional, clean and thorough. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect. Foster knew what he was doing and treated us with respect. I could not have asked for a more professional or competent HVAC guy. When you use Total Trans4mation make sure you request that Foster is your installer. I would refer this team to anyone I know.

Doing business with Ryan and his team at Total Trans4mation was a breeze and refreshingly professional. I first emailed Ryan a few weeks ago afterhours asking to setup a time to come consult on replacing our aging upstairs unit. He replied quickly afterhours and came the following day to meet us and gather information for an install estimate. When he left I expected to wait several days for a quote but he had the estimate over within an hour.

When we were getting our estimate we asked for several options such as adding two returns and another vent, and to be specced out separately so we could see how much each option was. He did precisely that and the quote was in the ballpark and explained every option in detail but easy to understand so there would be no confusion.

We approved the estimate and they were there within one business day to install our new unit. Foster and his team came a few times to install our new returns, vents, and the unit itself. He communicated clearly throughout the process and communicated timeframes promptly. If anything changed even slightly, they were quick to communicate and put customer satisfaction above all else. Because we were happy with the install we also had them maintenance our existing 5ton unit which was also quick and easy.

All in all, working with Total Trans4mation was an absolute pleasure and they took all the pressure off of having to have a major appliance replacement. A+ Service and I look forward to working with them again for any future needs.
