I think his name was Randy or Randall. He came to my home to look at my unit and it started raining but within the short amount of time he was there he claimed that there was part that needed to be fixed. Problem solved and he left. No. I had to call the co back a few days later and to my surprise they sent the same guy out. He claimed that now something else was broken and that when he came the first time he wasn't able to fully diagnosis the problem due to the rain. My question to him was why would you replace a $100 or more part the first time without a full inspection. I sent him on his way the second time without getting anything fixed and called another company. Super shady to me and on top of that he was rude the first time and couldn't wait 5 mins for my home warranty co to pay him so I had to pay him and wait to be reimbursed.
So pleased with the Tedder company! Jay and his staff has always been accommodating to us! They are so fast and effecient! Highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs!
