Tara scheduled our timely appointment and Tony did a very professional and expeditious repair on our furnaces. We highly recommend Hensley who installed our HVAC system over 17 years ago.

On a day where the streets are covered with 6 inches of snow. Two technicians came out to my house, and fixed two heating units. I was down to one operational unit. My whole family was having to stay in one part of the home. In less than 20 minutes they had all three units working perfectly. They are an absolutely incredible and caring business.

We were very impressed with the prompt service. We had to await the arrival of a needed part, but that was to be expected during these times. We definitely will use Hensley again and will recommend them to our friends!

Great price and installation of new HVAC system.

The technician, John, identified the problem quickly and is going to proactively replace my coil on the unit supplying HVAC upstairs. He could have opted for the band aid fix but instead chose the best course of action.

We recently moved into a 13 year old house. I called a different heating and air company out to service my furnaces. When they came out (different company that had done prior AC work on this house), they shook their heads when they saw the furnaces. They told me all 3 humidifiers were leaking, and said prior homeowner had 3 incorrectly (and not working) installed electric air filters (installed where the Trane Perfect Flow filter should have been). They told me they'd call me back the next day to give me a quote on fixing everything (and they never did).. While the other company was here, I went through some paperwork, and saw that Hensley had been the original company that installed the furnaces. Thinking they would shed some light on the weird install of the electric air filters, I called them. They came out within 24 hours. John was the nicest guy that came to my house from Hensley. He looked at everything (was at my house almost an hour) and he said for $335 (or so) he would replace the humidifier filters (hoping that would fix the leak since they were clogged) and fix the filter situation for all the furnaces. Turns out Hensley was not the one that put those electronic air filters in backwards. He came back the next day with 2 other people. He sealed up and removed the non working electronic filters and built a new niche for the new filters. He did a lot of work on the humidifiers and turned out they were broken beyond repair. I 100% trusted John and felt like he was extremely honest. Since he could not get the humidifiers working, the bill was reduced to $225, and they were at my house 2 hours, plus the original service call where he looked at everything (I did not pay anything on that visit). 100% will use them in the future for heating and air needs. I might add I have had a lot of contractors in the house doing work, and most send out young, somewhat inexperienced workers. John seemed very experienced, honest, and ethical. I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of time spent.

Hensley is great and Tony has always been a pleasure to work with. He was part of the team that installed our system and he has been there for us after install.

Hensley Heating performed annual inspection of our two forced air furnaces. The technician was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I will hire them again in 2022.
