Expert Heating & AC Repair

Initially these people were assigned to handle my home warranty through Choice Home Warranty Service. The tech or receptionist that answered the phone was rude, abrupt and discourteous. Even though it is hot, I withdrew the service agreement through Choice and requested another contractor. I will not be treated that way especially since this is the initial i
mpression you project. Unprofessional. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

When the guys came out I explained what the previous person told me during a maintenance visit on my AC they basically thought everything the previous person said was dumb. When it came to "fixing" my A/C they filled up my refrigerant but when I told them I was told I had a leak. They basically told me my insurance would not cover it and would only cover for them to fill up my refrigerant? Basically they put refrigerant in but its going to leak out again we just don't know how long it will take? They were suppose to send in a diagnosis to my insurance because my insurance could not do anything further until they got this and they still have not sent in the diagnosis and my insurance could not get a hold of them! I was hoping to give a better review, I gave 2 starts instead of one since I do have AC at the moment due to the refrigerant fill up :(.

They do not even deserve 1 star. My compressor went out on my ac and this is who my warranty company used (why they pick the worst companies i have no idea) they came out told me the compressor needs to be replaced and that the warranty companies are slow and he could take 3 to 5 days which i get. I let them know that the warranty company was fast a few weeks ago when my garbage disposal needed replaced he said well that is a garbage disposal but at least its pretty outside....They had no care or mind that we were without air and I don't care how pretty it is outside i want my air fixed, just like if this was their home they wouldn't be happy with no ac especially here in MEMPHIS! They came out early Friday and did not submit the claim to warranty till Monday and warranty approved the repair Monday after noon and said they ac company would be in touch to set up the appointment. Here we are on Thursday and still have not heard from them and called the warranty company back today and they said they called the ac company and they told them that they can not get to it today they have appointments all day today that they will get to it one day this week. We only have 1 day left in this week! They have no customer service or urgency for their customers. I also do not like that the phone number listed is a cell phone number not a company number and that when they come over they have a normal vehicle not a commercial vehicle or anything listed that they were with a company. I would not use them if i did not have to and the warranty companies need to get better companies!!!!

These guys are crooks in the business of scamming people for a service fee. Avoid at all costs. If they show up to your property ask them to leave and call your company to get someone else. After they get their initial service fee money they will ignore your calls and string you along. Very unprofessional.

Took almost 2 months to complete repairs. Did not come at scheduled times. Difficult to reach over phone and was rude when answered. Worker wore muddy boots in home.

Showed up when they said they would and did a good job.

Technician was very knowledgeable and professional
