I've had these folks out twice, once for heat and once for A/C, and have received excellent service each time. They were early to the appointment and communicated when they were coming. Once here, they were very friendly and efficient in their diagnosis and repair of the systems. I'm grateful for their timeliness, customer service, and skill in the heat and air industry.
Avoid at all costs. I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve advised my warranty company to take them off the list for future repairs. They’re great at coming out on the initial call to collect the service fee and giving advice without actually finding and fixing the problem. I’ve had to call and request a new appointment with them on two different incidents...both times they never showed. Once they called telling me they were on their way even though there was no communication about a scheduled appointment; and then when I finally scheduled the appointment (and scheduled a half day off at work) guess what? NO ONE SHOWED!! Both times my warranty company dispatched them I’ve had to pay another service fee for a better company to come and actually fix the problem. NO GOOD!!
They don’t deserve one star. They were the selected business for the Choice home warranty that was on our new house when we had an AC unit leak. They came out quickly for the $65 service fee, but they have been ignoring my calls and texts for a month. I even got the warranty involved further and still nothing. They just want the service fee money. Choice home warranty is also terrible as they won’t help further and they choose to work with crooks.
When there were the delays in making their appointment time, the expert that came to my home (wish I'd caught his name) was very rapid in communicating those delays. He sighted a problem with my A/C's freon level, corrected it and everything appeared to be in order. Unfortunately 30 mins after he left, the problem resurfaced. Another expert (another name I didn't catch) was quickly dispatched and arrived shortly thereafter. Not only did he uncover the real problem, he walked me through several several DIY maintenance tips to avoid similar problems in the future. My experience was top-notch and I would do business with them again.
DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY IN YOUR HOME. IF CHOICE HOME WARRANTY CONTRACTED THEM FOR YOUR WORK, DEMAND THEY SEND SOMEONE ELSE. We lost our heat on a Friday. They sent these guys over on Saturday to diagnose the “problem.” Were more than happy to take our service fee. Came back Monday & Tuesday trying to solve the issue by replacing 3-different parts, “working” on it for a total of about 8 hours. On Tuesday, the technician said our control panel “blew up” and he needed to go get a new one and would be right back. Two hours later he showed up with another guy and in the end, said the furnace was unrepairable and we needed a new one. He said they would submit the claim first thing in the morning. We reached out Wednesday afternoon to see if it was submitted because CHW had not been updated since Sunday. They ignored our texts and calls. On Thursday, CHW was updated and decided to send a new company out to look at it. The new company was fabulous and fixed the furnace within an hour. They said it was very obvious the previous workers had no clue what they were doing as there were wires hooked up very wrong and nothing they did made sense. We went 6 DAYS with our house at 50 degrees, running space heaters in every room that we had to borrow from friends. I am ill over the fact that despite NUMEROUS similar reviews, CHW continues to contract these amateurs and waste money using their services! AGAIN, DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH ANY OF YOUR APPLIANCES. Had we read these google reviews from the beginning, we would not have froze for that long.

They don't respond the phone and instead ask you to text them only to not text you back. They said they will come out 11am 3pm but the technician is NEVER here at that time. The level of unprofessionalism is crazy. Whatever they are doing is not repairing my AC.
Please beware of using this company! (Expert Heating and Air) They are one of the worst heating and repair services in the Midsouth. ( Google for reviews) They are unprofessional, don't respond to phone calls, or return phone calls and are simply dishonest. Choice Home Warranty sent this company out to check my heat and air unit, because the unit wasn't coming on when I turned on the thermostat. The same technician came out twice to my home for the same problem... the first time they initially came out, the technician told me that there was a loose wire on the unit and I paid the $ 65.00 service fee, but had to call them back that night because the heat would not come back on after turning on the thermostat.... to make a long story short, the second time they came out, the technician is going to tell me that the entire heating and air unit that is only (3 years old) needs to be replaced because it had a crack in the unit!!! WHAT..... that was nothing but simply a small patch of rust! I had the unit serviced today (05/11/2021 and was told it only needed to be cleaned. These fools also cut off the gas line to the unit so that It wouldn't come back on. If any home warranty companies send these idiots out send them back and don't use them. CROOKS!!!! if I could have gave zero stars I would have.. I hate when people take advantage of OTHER people for a profit
