This is the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. I too CHW and they sent this company out to see why my thermostat was blowing hot and cold air at the same time. The technician ensured it was fixed but when night time rolled around, the heat didn’t come on at all. I submitted a message to CHW they asked me to contact the service provider. I did and left a message a couple days later I tried calling another number that was on the paper work I got a text asking me what my concern is. I told them and they sent the technician back out he informed me that it needs to be replaced. From there on, I never heard from them again even after reaching out several times. I contacted CHW and assigned a new company and informed me that this company has been removed from their network. I hope this is true after seeing all of these reviews. This company is horrible. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I had bought a house in 2020, as soon as we moved in the AC stopped working. I call choice home warrant and expert was dispatched and came the the conclusion that we needed our Freon charged and Change out the air filters. This worked for a while but this was in October, and it started to get cold, so we no longer needed the AC. Fast forward to spring of 2021, the same issue was happening, we called chw again and expert was dispatched, again. Except for this time our evaporator coil has a leak and needed to be replaced ( which I believe was the initial issue from 2020). chw agreed to cover the repairs however we still have to pay a balance around $500. We have now been out of air for 3 weeks since the parts were “ordered”. We are constantly having to call expert to get updates, which they either hang up or put us on long holds. The lack of communication and concern is very frustrating. Now while temps have not gone into the 90s yet, it can still get pretty hot in the house. And the fact that I have a baby and 3 kids in virtual learning is a whole other frustration with this heat! Please take heed to these reviews and request another company or look else where for services. At this point I am willing to pay out of pocket for the entire service than have to deal with expert. Sad
