M&A Supply Company Inc. Knoxville

Went in today. I haven't been there in a good while but found the parts guys to be helpful and reasonable. Too bad so many of the other parts houses lack in both.

Working with Josh Noe at M&A supply was a great decision that was recommended by other associates that I know. He was very pleasant to work with and has great communication skills. His knowledge about the systems was spot on. The warranty package is outstanding as well. I will definitely recommend their reputable service / equipment.

This company has been nothing but trouble. I've tried for SIXTY days to get my York A/C repaired and they are NOT interested in servicing my unit. Likely because it's under warranty. They've given me and the company that installed my unit the run around for 2 months. Do yourself a favor and DON'T use products that go thru M & A Supply company.
