Igor was very helping and he did his best to save me as much money as possible. He walked me thru all possibilities of what could have caused my AC to die all of a sudden and it worked! I was referred to him through a friend. Definitely recommend him and will refer him to others as well! Thank you so much for your help.

Fair Heating and Air is a very trustworthy and caring company. They scheduled an appointment with me right away and were extremely helpful. I found them very knowledgeable and affordable.

They truly are the best in Knoxville , in my opinion . I'm writing this in hopes that they will see my review because my insurance says they're not working for them at this time so I have to use someone else not by choice of course but my main concern is I want to make sure his family and everyone is okay safe and I hope they get back to working soon.

DO NOT USE IF CALL IS WITH AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY!! The service tech was nice and tried but when it came down to it couldn't be repaired he wouldn't tell the warranty company because of his contract with them. This leaves me and kids LITERALLY in the cold!! If you have AHW be careful which repair company they want to send.

This is the BEST A/C company I ever had working on my business place and also at my house. Very reliable and Fair price... I will recommend them and I am sure will use them again in the future.Fast service, great people..great job.... Thank you much...
