I absolutely recommend Fair Heating and Air LLC. for all your HVAC needs. They are professional, clean and always on time. They are also the most reasonable especially given the service and quality.

I have used Fair heating and air 4 different times now between our personal home and our commercial business. They have been on time every single instance I have called. They come out the same day I called each time. Igor himself has diagnosed the issue each time within 15 minutes being on site. He has had the parts he needed to make the repair each time. They are the best in East Tennessee hands down. I won’t call anyone else. Their prices are better than anyone else in town. They are honest, polite and family oriented that much is obvious from the first impression.

Igor and his team have been maintaining our spaces for close to 10 years. We have around a dozen locations in Knoxville that they handle preventative maintenance on as well as any repairs or unit replacements. Fair Heating and Air is a great company to do business with. They’re very responsive, do great work, and as the name suggests they’re very fair to deal with. Give them a call and you won’t be disappointed.

Igor is fantastic! My air conditioning unit stopped working, and I feared an expensive fix was in order--Igor saved the day! He was quick, extremely professional, and diagnosed and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Fair Hearing and Air, and I will be calling them for all of my future HVAC, air conditioning, and heating needs!

Excellent A+ experience with Fair Heating and Air! I used them 2 summers ago when my HVAC needed service, and they were timely, professional and thorough, and got my AC working again for only the cost of the visit. When the unit experienced issues again recently, they went above and beyond the call to diagnose the problem - and when it turned out that it needed to be replaced, they did a wonderful job at an excellent price. Honest and fair, Igor, Dan and the entire team are highly recommended.

The installer IGOR was a Scholar and A Gentleman , he was productive and had really good conversations about the installation and in general conversations I would recommend him to anyone 5 Star ***** work ethic

I had some problems with my air conditioning in the summer. Didn't know who to call, but luckily I found Fair heating and air. I met Igor and his team and they quickly diagnosed my problem and told me my options. I gave them the go ahead to fix it and I've never had any problems since! Fair pricing and Igor was very professional throughout the process and fixed it the first time! Now I will be always calling Fair heating and air! Highly reccomend them to anyone with any issues ! 10/10

You will not be disappointed with the service that Fair Heating and Air provides!! Needed to replace the inducer motor on my furnace, after getting several quotes from many known providers in the area, I stumbled across Fair Heating and Air. Spoke with Igor, who is very professional and set up a service call. Igor came to my home late in the evening when most companies have closed for the day. Upon diagnosing my furnace he found another issue that I wasn't aware of. Igor thoroughly explained what he was doing during this process.As late in the evening as it was, he couldn't pick up the part that was needed/specific to my furnace. Not making any promises he told me due to the holidays he wasn't sure if the part store had it in stock and may not can have it to the following week. However, Igor called me the next morning and had the part. More importantly Fair Heating and Air beat all of their competitors in the pricing of the job as well. If I have any hvac issues I will be using them again without hesitation, and if you're reading this review, I advise you to use them as well. Sorry for such a long review, just wanted to be thorough, because this company is a diamond in the rough. Anthony M.
