Had problems with an old ac unit that broke down. Turns out had to replace everything. Called them and they came out within 3 hours. Next day everything was installed professionally. Excellent price and excellent work. Awesome customer service. Would recommend.

Our heat went out overnight last night. We contacted our home warranty company, American Home Shield, and put in a repair order, they said that Fair heating and air would be contacting me within 24 hours. They contacted me promptly and had a repairman in my area so they moved some things around to get him sent out as quickly as possible. Scott came out and found the issue quickly, and advised me of what part would need replaced, said that the boss Igor was already checking around to find the part that was needed and said if they found it he would be back out today. Not too long after he called me and said they found the part so he would be back within the hour to replace it. He got it fixed in no time and we have heat again!! Definitely recommend these guys! Thank you for a job well done!!

This company has been my go to for two years now! I msg Igor and usually same day a tech is at my Hou Ali go things better! They installed a new system on my daughters house on a hot and horrible day! Quick, efficient, they troubleshoot first, give options and then get the work done !! Love these guys and Dan is great!!

I needed help with a commercial installation. Igor was very accomodating and professional. He was always where and when he said he would be. I will definitely use his company for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Igor was super prompt, did a great inspection to find the root of a multi point failure and went above and beyond to make Shure the problem was fixed. Will deffantly be my first call for future hvac needs!

I called multiple HVAC companies to diagnose my ac unit, it was turning off and on and was making strange noises.. Companies told me that the whole unit was bad and would need to be replaced. I couldnt deal with something that large so thats when I decided to call Fair Heating and air.. Igor came out to take a look at the unit, and in fact the unit was not bad! Igor showed me the problem, and he fixed it for a fraction of the cost! I reccomend Igor 100%! Wont be going anywhere else but Fair heating and air!

They came out when everyone else was giving 3-4 day quotes. Igor explained everything in depth while fixing the issues and charged well within the guidelines I waz hoping for. Highly recommend.

They were sent out by our home warranty company (AHS) so we didn’t have high expectations, but were instead blown away by the service we received. They were courteous, professional, and up front about all cost. They even had tips for reducing long term costs. Superb company. I highly recommend them.
