Aire Care Mechanical Heating & Cooling

When my AC went out Friday night, my neighbor recommended Aire Care. They got us on the schedule that Monday. Logan came out to look and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was able to fix it same day (no parts needed, luckily). He was polite and efficient; really appreciate his visit. (And the dog liked him, too)

This company is the best. Amy answers the phone and is always professional, helpful and pleasant. Heather and Jeff own Aire Care. Heather does followup in a very timely manner. Jeff even came out on Saturday to diagnose an issue. We were working through 2-10 Home Warranty and Aire Care stayed on task through out. My upstairs is cooling great! We are now waiting on parts for repairs on my main level. I have confidence that will happen as soon as possible. BTW..I am a Realtor and will always give this company referrals.

The Technician couldn't had been any nicer and informative. He thoroughly cleaned and inspected our HVAC system and even helped install a smart thermostat I've wanted to put in our home. All of that in less than a hour. The bill was very reasonable.

My a/c broke down. I can’t take the heat. I left a voicemail on Friday night. Heather returned my call first thing and scheduled an appointment the same day, a Saturday.
Logan called to say he could be here sooner than the scheduled time. That was fine by me. He did an excellent job and was very quick.
I would recommend Aire Care to anyone. They are efficient and very kind.

Had an issue with out HVAC and Aire Care had us booked for a service the next day. Ended up being a simple part replacement, which was under warranty, and we were back up and running in no time. From the first call to the appt, everything was streamlined and professional. Fantastic!

Aire Care came in response to my home warranty's HVAC tune up service. I had a tune up before from another company and it didn't seem like they did anything except look at the system. . Aire Care really did a good job cleaning and checking everything. Logan was professional and seemed to know what he was talking about. Very happy with this service call. Would use them again.

I emailed Aire Care for an appointment, and they responded immediately (despite it being after 7p). The technician was super friendly and professional, quickly finding the cause for my breaker tripping, and he fixed it for less than another company advertised as their lowest rate. He even fixed the programming on my new thermostat (I somehow managed to forget I had a heat pump when I installed it). 🙃

Logan&Dustin came to examine the system as to why myA/C was not working.They explained that they found returning coils have a leak. The silver part in the attic. And the outside unit breaker was cutting off too short. That's all I understand.

Eddie and Dustin were very thorough in the maintenance of my AC units. They found 2 capacitors that were borderline and replaced them. The bottom floor compressor was slightly low on refrigerant and added a pound. It was a great experience!
