Aire Care Mechanical Heating & Cooling

The is my 2nd experience with this company and I can't tell you how pleased I have been with their work. They are friendly, prompt and very professional. Logan was my repairman and he is totally awesome. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. I highly recommend this company for any heating and air needs you may have they are top notch.

I went through 2-10 home warranty, and they sent this company out to look at my HVAC unit because the heat would not come on. They were very quick in contacting me and sitting up an appointment in just a couple of days. They sent confirmation emails to let me know that the appointment was confirmed, and when the technician was on the way he called and gave me some warning. Both the operator at The Establishment and the technician were very polite on the phone and willing to answer questions. When the technician, Logan, arrived, it did not even take him 10 minutes to diagnose the problem. He then explained what would happen with the warranty company and the process. He said that they had to locate the part that was needed. Within a week exa.ctly he was here to install the park, which took all of 15 minutes tops. He even was able to fix my thermostat light, which would not go off at all. He was very friendly, professional, quick, and knowledgeable. I hope if I have another issue that the warranty company sends this company to my house again, and I would definitely use them despite the warranty coverage.

Aire Care takes pride in servicing our rental homes. We recently had to have a unit replaced. The job was completed without any delays. The guys were professional and ones I know I can trust.

Logan performed all necessary tune-up services and answered my questions ...he informed as he went through the steps as to what he was checking and the evaluation...I found him to be informative and professional throughout the process..first time using aire care and wouldn't hesitate calling on them again

My a/c stopped working recently. I called the company in the morning and a technician was at my house several hours later. He diagnosed the problem quickly but unfortunately he didn’t have the part to fix it in his vehicle. The technician responded back to my house the next afternoon and changed out the broken part. They were professional, very reasonably priced and would definitely use them again.

Our AC went out over the past weekend. A call to what I thought was our Home Warranty company turned out to be a false trail. Since Aire Care has been servicing our system biannually, I called them late on Monday and they responded the next morning. It turned out to be a simple wiring issue which the technician took care of quickly and got the system pumping out cool air again. I know who I will call next time I have an issue with our HVAC!

I appreciate the integrity and professionalism of the the workers! Everyone was nice from start to finish; from scheduling to the completed job! This company did an excellent job installing my new A/C and heating system. I am pleased with the work done. They did an awesome job cleaning up after themselves when the job was done!
