I had thermostat problems, there replaced the thermostat with a new one , I told the mechanic that my unit was a two stage unit , after using it for a couple days I noticed that it was not going in to the second stage , call them and there sent out the same mechanic out , and he replaced it with another thermostat, after about two weeks I noticed it was not working right again, call and told them the problem I was have and I didn’t want the same mechanic, and finally it is working right , I paid $280.00 for the new thermostat plus $79.00 servers charge , one you can buy on eBay for $75.00 , and I have a maintenance agreement with them and there said that there give you a discount on parts , there was no discount on that price , 3 times out to replace a thermostat.and we last electric in the our house about two weeks ago , and the thermostat lost all memory because the did not put battery in the thermostat for power losses.

While servicing my HVAC system A-1 showed me friendly and exceptional service and answered any questions I had with expert advice.

Provided insulation and sealed attic and crawlspace. Great job. Friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.
