Central Heat & Air Company

We've done business with Central Heat and Air for at least 20 years. He's always been fair, honest and dependable. This week that was not the case. The tech didn't show up for the first appointment. We were called hours later saying they were running very late. Today they did fix the air so 2 stars for that. The fix involved installing a thermostat that runs $60-$110 retail and charging us over $430. All this without asking for consent. NOT IMPRESSED!

We are very happy with the excellent service we received from Stephen today. He was very thorough and helpful in answering the many questions and concerns we had about our system. He checked our unit and made sure it was all set for the upcoming winter months. We are very glad we decided to call Central Heat & Air of Cleveland! Thank you, Stephen, for all your help and expertise!

Central heat and air installed a new unit about 4 years ago . Everything has worked very well. Recently I called them about another unit , not installed by them. They came out , researched the problem and found a faulty thermostat was causing the issue. They also installed additional coolant and the unit works great now. Thanks for timely, professional and courteous service. I will definitely use them again.

Superior customer service and service call! I am impressed by prompt, cordial, professional communication, and the 'can do' approach to customer service! Frank offered thorough explanations of his work the entire time he was here, and got our air conditioner back up and running.
