Central Heat & Air Company

I called Central Heat and Air yesterday because our upstairs unit was only blowing warm air. The scheduler (receptionist?) was extremely polite and accommodating. She was able to get an appointment for us the next day! I am so thankful we didn't have to wait too long for our appointment. Frank came out today and diagnosed and repaired our AC in less than two hours. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future. Thanks Central Heat & Air !

Anthony was so helpful and knowledgeable! Our airflow was being directed away from the rooms we slept in and he recognized right away a simple fix that will make those rooms so much more comfortable! He also cleaned and diagnosed our problem with our system that was causing us the reason for our original call. We are so happy we found a great company and a great technician to help us!

Got a word of mouth recommendation for this company after one of my bids came in as an outlier. Quoteed me for an R-22 changeout in a 27 year old rental duplex. Bid came in as lowest before adding an extended warranty and service contract and was still within a $100 of lowest even then.

Installers did a great job of mating the indoor unit to the plenum using sheet metal instead of the "cheater" accordian that the builder used. My only "complaint," if you can call it that, is that the new (Emerson) thermostat provided has you go into a "secret" menu for adjusting the short cycle lockout timer, but it's still a quality unit from a good manufacturer (ICP/Carrier/Tempstar).

He was capable and explained every part of the troubleshooting process. I've used Central Heat and Air for my house for years now and have never had a complaint with them. This company has wonderful and professional service! Our air went out on Friday and I called at 6:00 a.m Saturday morning since our home warranty could not get anyone out to us. A mechanic was at our house within an hour, fitting us in his busy schedule...bright and early Saturday morning!! Thank you to Steve for servicing our unit and getting it to cool again! We will be using this company for any future heating and air needs!
