I'm very happy with the level of service. A technician was able to come out within an hour. Diagnosed problem immediately and performed intermediate to advanced repair same day. I feel I received value especially considering the fast response and remedy. We have small children under three and pets and I didn't have to worry about them in this terrible heat. Matt was very friendly and professional. Class act 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐

Customer service is everything. From the moment I scheduled the appointment until the completion of the service call the customer service was phenomenal. I called to schedule the appointment on 6/26/23 and to me surprise it was scheduled for the next day 6/27/23. I couldn’t believe it. It gets better. The service call was completed the same day and I have air again. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. If you need service give them a call. Great customer service. Thank you!

My daughter had a issue with heat pump (on one of the coldest nights of the year) and these guys squeezed us into their schedule, came out, diagnosed the problem, and provided a solid, reasonable solution literally within minutes! Terry and his partner (Lee?) are amazing! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

My air was restored, however, after consulting other HVAC companies, I was told that I was significantly overcharged. I paid $420.00 just to replace a contactor. It took the service man 15 to 20 minutes to replace it. I only give a rating of 2 because their response time was within an hour, otherwise the rating would have been the lowest possible!

Showed up promptly for an emergency and got everything up and running quick. Very professional and explained in detail what was causing the problem. We are very happy with the service that we received and will be using Central Heat & Air Co. again

The person who set up the appointment was very informative and helpful. The technician, Terry, was on time, knowledgeable and thorough. Will be using this company again. I highly recommend them.

We had service from this company over a week ago...replaced a small external pump, not even here an hour and charged nearly $500.00 did not tell me cost first. Still no invoice as to what I paid for exactly!!! They were nice, but that is where the satisfaction stops. Still have same issue I paid $500 to fix!!!

Response time is always excellent. Some techs are better than others, but that is to be expected. They do good work.

My wife and I won a contest from Central Heat and Air for a brand new HVAC unit and yesterday they delivered on their promise! On Wednesday Frank Fugent came out to our house and inspected the old unit, discovered what we needed, and advised us on some upgrades that we needed. He then told me that they had the unit in stock and his install team would be there the next day to put in the new unit.
Larry, Josh, and Justin arrived at 8:30am to install the new unit and clean the entire ductwork system. They were very professional, cleaned up the mess left over from their work, and left us with a new HVAC system that works great. They were very friendly and cared about our concerns. I would recommend Central Heat & Air to any of my friends and family. Thank you to Frank, Larry and the entire team! Well done guys!

Tech was timely, efficient and knowledgeable. Fixed my A/C cylinder in about 30 minutes. Very satisfied.
