Will was the technician that came out to diagnose our HVAC system. He inspected the inside of the exterior unit. Then checked the duct work through the crawl space. Everything was in good working order I was informed. No used car salesman approach or trying to sell anything we didn’t need. I would highly recommend Will and this company if you have any HVAC needs. Will was professional, personable and arrived on time!

Great experience and the tech was super nice!

I’m in a new house less than two years old. The HVAC system has been faulty since moved in here. It has been in and out sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t, the builder has been patching on it during the one year installation warranty however given how faulty it was it was just a matter of time before it broke back down. It broke down yesterday they were able to get to me today same day as I called. The price was fair, he quickly found the problem. Very friendly and explained everything. Disappointed with my builder… will use them again in the future.

So thankful for their fast response, service same day of initial call. Shannon got my heat back in working order quickly at minimal charge and did not judge me for not taking care of my system the way I should have been. Would recommend 100% of the time!!

Ronee in the office got things rocking and rolling immediately. She had to go through some hurdles between the different departments involved. Our unit was still under warranty from our new build. The parts were covered due to this. Though there was some back and forth between the warranty, manufacture, and All American Air we were able to get it fixed. Her husband (can’t remember his name, sorry) did a quick, easy, and quality job installing the whole heating kit that needed replaced. He even helped resetting the hold on the thermostat. Great job y’all and amazing teamwork! The owner, can’t remember his name either, was quick and professional about the diagnostic. All in all 5 stars for sure. Thank you all!

Great customer service! We had Shannon come out a few times and was more than helpful and knowledgeable when providing the required head repair/service. 100% recommend these guys and will use them for all my hvac needs in the future
