They were professional and performed maintenance to a great quality. There were some concerns about the part that took months to come in. I hope that doesn’t happen again in the future, but I can’t blame them for that. 5 Stars.

Lyndon was very kind and knowledgeable. They were able to come out in a matter of hours of our unit going out when no one else could/would! We are going to be able to sleep comfortably in the AC tonight, thanks to them! Prices were fair!

Same day service. Tech trouble shot our system and had it working within minutes. Showed us what to do if it ever happens again. Our builder highly recommended this company, and so do we.

I couldn’t be any happier with this company! We recently had pro n stall come and literally just look at our unit and say “it’s old. You need a new one” and never figured out the problem to at least let my warranty company know. My home has been sitting anywhere between 80-90 degrees regardless of the time of day or night. And pro n stall refused to figure it out. Even after me calling and crying at 3am because my children were drenched in sweat screaming because they were so hot. My warranty company switched us to All American Air. They came out the very next morning and immediately fixed the problem! My home has dropped 3 degrees and it hasn’t even been an hour! They definitely agreed we need a new unit but they at least helped take care of what they were able to so my children weren’t suffering! I’m so happy and blessed right now I could cry! Thank you so very much Will! You were very kind and efficient!

I heard about All American Air when listening to one of my favorite radio stations which plays Christian music. It advertised the company as being Christian owned and operated. After doing business with them, I realized that I had chosen the right company. Bobby and Shannon were the technicians. They were knowledgeable as well as professional and treated me with respect. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone else.
