Was scheduled for HVAC repair by my home warranty company for next week with All American Air. Called their office and explained to Ronee that I have an adult son with serious health issues, and we'd already been without the AC for a few days. I understand during warm weather that a HVAC repair company's schedule can be packed tight rather quickly. She said she would try to work me in today, if not, tomorrow. The technician showed up in the late afternoon on the same day I called! After a short diagnostic to find the problem, a part was replaced. The longest wait was my smart thermostat trying to remember what it was supposed to do! Thank you for getting everything fixed a week earlier than I expected!

Very professional and polite from the office to Lyndon the tech. Price was great too and would recommend to anybody.

Had a problem with a unit installed, All American Air came out same day and got it fixed for no charge under warranty. They stand by their work and are very responsive.
