    Amazing customer service and a very knowledgeable & hard working staff! First off- my call was answered immediately and the lady that took my call was very knowledgeable & kind. The employee that came out to look at my air conditioner was VERY thorough! I appreciate him looking at the entire unit and not just the area that needed he fixed. By doing this he was able to tell us that within the next couple of years we will probably need to purchase a new unit (ours is very old). I thought that was really wonderful because now we can plan ahead and save up for when the time comes!

    I can't imagine how busy they are this time of year so I was very impressed when the lady on the phone was able to give me a TWO hour window of time instead of 6-8 like I've experienced elsewhere! I'll recommend them every time to family and friends because of their great service (on the phone and in person), honesty, & timely service.

    First, the receptionist (sorry I forgot your name!) was amazing. Everywhere was 2+ weeks out on a Service call, she said she could try to squeeze me in within 48hrs, and nailed that time frame perfectly. She even followed up to make sure I was home and ready for her to send someone earlier than expected.

    Then the service guy shows up, Nate. Exceptional. Just starting with a good handshake and a "Hey great to meet you" sometimes gets lost in this day and age, so the fact that's how it started set a good bar in my mind. Was a quick capacitor change, Nate was in and out in about 10 minutes, which was amazing. Super friendly and personable throughout the entire encounter, even sharing knowledge with how AC units work.

    Overall, ecstatic on the immediate time-frame that the other people on google couldn't meet, and every aspect of their service was completely above and beyond expectations. As nice as it would be to never have to see or hear from you guys again, solely because it means something wrong, your level of service have moved you to the top of my list to call if anything with my HVAC arises in the future.

    I would not use this company at all. Flat out lied to my face yesterday afternoon about coming to the job first thing in the AM the next day. When I called in the service department took my issue down incorrectly. I needed hot water heater serviced and it was scheduled as a central air unit cooling issue. Service man that showed up didn't have the right tool to fix the marathon hot water heater and they had a window between 3-5 to show up. He showed up right at 5 and said I was told it was a cooling issue. The supply house closes at 5 so we probably won't be able to get parts. In dealing with Kelly, I have found that there is always an excuse for not showing up or getting the job done when he says it will be done. Never Again with this group. Just flat out poor customer service and follow up. A great example of a company that over promises and under delivers!

    Returned from vacation and found the next day that the heat was blowing cold. Not only did the tech come out on Sunday, he then returned early Monday to replace a motor and get the heat working. A few days later found we had a 2nd undiscovered issue with the flame sensor. He was out almost immediately and replaced it promptly. I was very impressed at not only the prompt service but the commitment to get the job done. No doubt that of we have any issues with heating or AC we won't hesitate to call them. Great Job!

    Other companies that I called said a week wait for them to come out. I called One Hour, said they would be here after 1pm, they were here before noon! Very fast and reasonable priced. Will definitely use again!

    Last fall I was having some cooling issues. I've always used Empire HVAC now known as 1 hr. Some guy came over and from what I can tell did not fix a thing. Called them back they came over and said I had a major issue with my drip pan and was going to be a huge job to fix it. It was in the fall so I just let it go, we only had about a week of warm weather left. Decided to take care of it myself this spring. What he said needed to be replaced just needed a good cleaning. Fixed it myself in roughly 2 hrs. Kelly and his son were great. Did great work and charged fairly I had used them for 10 plus years. I will be doing business elsewhere now.

    So Happy with the work on the new central air system. Professional work done in a timely manner! Just in time for a very hot weekend. The service personnel was very kind, very quiet and friendly. Give them a call. We will be getting all our work done by them for years to come!

    Kasey the receptionist was an extremely nice. She recommended several options to try and fix the problem before a tech was sent out. James came out, diagnosed the problem and was out the door within an hour. He was extremely friendly and even dealt with our hyper active Corgi! I'd highly recommend these guys to any of my friends or family.

    My AC froze up and I had one hour come out and check it over. Guy shows said I need a new furnace filter and I had just went out and got a brand new one that day and still had the receipt in my pocket and still insisted on it and at that point I should of just told him to leave and called someone else but everyone else was booked and my house was pushing 80 degrees. After that situation we go out side and check the compressor out and he starts taking it apart and insisted it was dirty and that was the cause but I had just torn the hole unit apart and cleaned it. So he finally is getting the hint that I have done all what could be without the tools to check refrigerate levels in the systems. So he gets his gauges out and wouldn't you know it the system is low and that's why it was freezing up and he proceeded to add two pound of refrigerant to the system and I mentioned that fact that refrigerant doesn't just break down and I said that there has to be a leak somewhere in the system but hes the professional and said no the refrigerant breaks down and finds a way out of the system. After the two pounds of refrigerant was added he said to me that I wont have any issue and I'm good to go and not even 24 hours later my entire ac line is frozen solid from outside all the way inside. I called them up and told the lady it was frozen solid and she said she will get a guy out right away. Different guy shows up puts his gauges on the unit and wouldn't you know it it was two pounds low on refrigerant and right away tires to sell me a new compressor and evaporator for 6,000 and just for that keep in mind you could buy a entirely new system for that price total. I told them we where done doing business and he tried to charge me for a second service call. Stay away from this company and also read the corporate reviews.
