I ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS COMPANY. TECHNICAN SHOWED UP WITH A SMILE AFTER WORKING ALL DAY ON A 90 DEGREE DAY AND WAS SO EXTRAORDINARILY HELPFUL AS WELL AS INFORMATIVE. HE TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME IN LAYMEN TERMS. IN ADDITION, MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY MADE AN ERROR BUT SOUTHERN AIR MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT AND THEY DIDNT HAVE TO DO THAT!!
