Calvin actually called and stated he was done with previous client early and ask can he come early. He can right on and got the job done quickly and explain exactly what was done and the maintenance that was needed in the near future. He was very nice,patient and friendly. Calvin responded on a Saturday morning when I realized our unit wasn’t working correctly and the heat was rising quickly in mid July here in SC. He identified the issue in a matter of minutes and even had the part needed on his personal vehicle which he was using that day! He was incredibly professional and knew his stuff! This is A 1 service. They maintained communication, letting me know when to expect them. Came in checked everything, gave me price, what had to be done. Repaired it and told me not to hesitate to call right back if something else goes wrong. Will continue to use them for all my services.
