Chris did a fantastic job. We really love this company so when we bought our new house we asked if he could do an inspection of the AC units in the new house. Chris came out, is is very knowledgeable in his craft and quickly pointed out a few minor issues but because of him we now few comfortable buying this house. I assure you we will be using Dr Cool for all our AC issues in the future

I work from home and my home office is upstairs. I noticed it was warmer than usual and even downstairs was not as cool. The air unit had quit! It was after 5 when my daughter referred me to Dr. Cool. I sent them a message and got scheduled right away. I now have cool air! Price was better than most charge for the house call. Will definitely use then for all HVAC needs. Chris and Becca are awesome!

I have used Dr Cool for HVAC repair and maintenance over the last three years. I have 2 properties & have them do maintenance & repair on both. I could not be happier with the service they provide and the excellent response time in which they provide their services. I could not more highly recommend their work. The professionalism of technicians & administrative workers always exceed my expectations.

Needed service urgently due to attic AC unit leaking through the ceiling. The office person said they were booked for the day but she would call the techs to see if 1 would be available. Dr. Cool was kind enough to squeeze us into his very busy schedule to do the repair. So thankful because the heat index was 102 on that day. Service was done quickly and efficiently in a very hot attic.

The party I purchased this home from had all of the duct work replaced Less than 3 months before I purchased.the home. Original invoice was provided during closing. Some ducts were not connected and blowing.cold.air.under the home, some were crushed. Two other havac companies stated the ducts were planned.and installed.poorly. there is very little airflow and uneven airflow causing my unit to stay on constantly. The worst part is they charged the previous customer.(widow of a veteran) double what the other companies quoted.tk.replace their work. (This was including her military.discount)

outstanding service from a company of integrity, they are a rare breed. I will always use them and recommend them to anyone that wants honesty and integrity.

Had issues with my heat running in auxiliary constantly. Originally called powers out to check it out and was told nothing was wrong. Personally I didn’t believe it so I called Dr Cool for a second opinion. They found one of my capacitors was blown causing my unit to over heat. A+ Dr cool will be my go to from now on!
