We were lucky to have Pellerito's Heating and Air Conditioning company to diagnose and repair our A/C unit. First point they have rescheduled their visit upon our convenience to be happened after their regular work's hours on Friday in a busy season. Secondly, the person who inspected the unit was fully knowledge and explain almost everything about the unit's issue which helped me to decide to repair it regardless to the warranty company. Communication with this company is awesome with fast replies.

Chris was quite thorough in cleaning the ductwork. He took pictures of the ducts before and after cleaning. The pictures showed the ducts were dirty beforehand and after the cleaning the ducts looked clean . His rotovacuum equipment was fairly new and I recommend using this company for HVAC work.
