Michael did an excellent job fixing our AC unit! He was so fast and did such a thorough job. I highly recommend this company and we plan to use them to purchase our new unit in the future.

I called Ted on a Saturday expecting nothing more than to leave a message. He personally answered the phone, listened to what we needed at our home and provided a quote the same day. Within 2 days he was ready for the install of a gas pack/ AC combination. Service and customer care was second to none and he beat the prices of the commonly known larger companies. Going forward I have no need to ever call anyone else for all of my HVAC needs

Ted is a honest guy. He went out his way to fix our unit. We’ve been having trouble with it for awhile. We called several people to fix It , but he was the only one who could. His crew is very respectful and helpful as well. Taken their time and answering all our questions.

Ted cares about his customers 💯 I have had a lot of trouble finding quality contractors in the area but Ted went above and beyond. Great company if you are in need of HVAC work.

My AC broke and I figured I'd contact a local company instead of some blob chain. Ted came out himself asap past normal working hours after I called, listened to what I had to say, got under the house and diagnosed the issue promptly.

He gave me a fair price and was courteous and relaxed. I felt confident with his obvious expertise. I'm definitely glad I reached out to him on a whim.

Ted was great. He was very fast with his response time to my phone call. While he couldn’t help with the specific need for my gas fireplace, he stayed on the phone with me for a good 10 minutes to walk me through a a few different things to try with my fireplace. He was very honest and very helpful with the tips he gave me. We will be sure to call him whenever it gets time to install our next heating system air unit. Thanks again Ted!

Absolute best service I have ever received (And yes, I have been to Chick-fil-A). Ted Cook is easy to reach. His response time is so fast he called me back while I was still leaving a voicemail. His crew is pleasant and personable. They had my heat fixed in no time. I couldn’t believe how affordable it was. These guys can be trusted. They really try to repair any parts rather than pushing you to buy replacements. 100% would recommend!!

He told me that his guys would be out the next day and they sure were. They were kind and understanding. Fixed my furnace in under and hour. Reasonable price as well. Ted Cook took care of my family today! We bought a home a few days ago and within the first 12 hours of living there the AC stopped working properly. Ted Cook has his staff come out and take care of the problem promptly. Staff were kind and courteous, even though they had to come out twice. You may imagine how stressed we were to experience an issue so quickly after closing on a new home. We were and are so happy to know Ted Cook and will be using him to service our system going forward.
