Excellent response to our calls regarding our air conditioning failure. Our technician was very personable and provided great information and service. They were there within one hour after our phone call.

Called for service multiple times and was promised a call back after paying an assessment fee to a technician due to a faulty damper motor. It has been multiple month since the assessment and my requests for service kept getting ignored. After another call today I was told by their agent that service wasn’t done because I refused service and refused to pay for the service that was never done on my hvac system and that I have never paid for the replacement parts, which I never ordered!!!Horrible service. This will be reported to the Better Business Bureau!

I called after getting home from an out of state trip find my AC Shut down probably 2 days ago. I called ACC from a recommendation on the Simpsonville Facebook page for reliable and quality AC repairs. This was a great recommendation! From the time I called to the time Chanene arrived was less than 1 hour! He got right to the problem and solved a problem that I have complained to "Other" AC repair companies before. He was done in about 2 hours and the house got cool fast. I would recommend ACC to everyone. Even the office staff was courteous and called me back with updates on arrival times and charges which I felt was very reasonable! I will use them for now on! Great experience!! A++

We have been using Absolute Climate Control for routine system checks and maitenance for several years, and they have provided excellent service every time. This time, the inevitable happened - they found a problem with our old A/C condenser. So, we had a full system installation done. Everyone involved with the installation was helpful, respectful, and professional. Great service. Quick response. And, fair pricing.

Really great experience! Complete professionals! Our A/C unit died in the middle of the night, we called first thing in the morning and an actual person answered the phone! Luckily they were able to get us in same-day! They gave us a time window and when it looked like they MIGHT be running behind because of the previous appointment, a PERSON CALLED us to let us know!!!!!! The tech was less that 15 minutes out of our window of time and was able to get us all fixed up within the hour! So, so thankful to them for the wonderful service!

I find it difficult to find contractors that I can trust to come into my home so I'm always a bit leery, but the folks at Absolute Climate Control were excellent from start to finish. My furnace was on it's last limbs (just bought the house; knew death was knocking at its door) and while we were made aware that it could have probably made it another year or so, we were given a good price to go ahead and get it done now. So, long story short, it turned out that the original unit was installed in an unusual way, and it ended up taking much much longer than they anticipated. I would have been extremely exhausted and frustrated if I were in their shoes, but even after working hard for about 12 hours, there wasn't even the slightest tone of complaint in their voices or demeanor. They left the area clean, and even went ahead and installed a new thermostat since one of mine was developing some issues. I couldn't ask for better people or better service!

anthony and his team did an amazing job. they are very knowledgeable and explain what they are doing and they helped us pick materials and equipment within our budget. they are very neat and timely. we absolutely look forward to working with them in the future!

ACC has my business! They identified a major issue that our previous HVAC company had completely ignored in favor of a quick fix. ACC also included photos and a write-up of the damage with the estimate so we had a better understanding of the price breakdown. Replacement and repairs were done in a very timely manner. Everyone in the process was friendly and professional, I will definitely be recommending them to others.

Our AC stopped working on a Friday. Christian from Absolute Climate Control came out the day we called (Saturday)(shout out to the receptionist as well as she was awesome!). We thought we would need some repairs, but unfortunately our unit was in need of more than just that. We ended up getting a new unit installed on a very short notice as we were about to be out of town. Christian and his assistant came out on Tuesday and had everything done outside before the rain. He even rerouted the duct work in the attic for us so it would be easier to have access to the inside unit. We can't thank the team at ACC enough for their timely response and flexibility on such short notice.

This company provided OUTSTANDING response!! They came out and did troubleshooting and replaced the whole system on the same day!! Courteous, professional and knowledgeable!!

ACC provided prompt service and help!! The owner came out to see how things were going and showed sincere interest in getting my system fixed when I had issues with another system on another day. Highly recommended!!
