Bernie and his team are the best in the business. They replaced my entire HVAC system with a superior product and gave me a great price. The work was done efficiently and professionally. They even came back to finish out the final items a few weeks later. Also they called to follow up to make sure that the system is working correctly

One year ago I paid $12,000 to have my entire system replaced. This year it shuts off if it gets above 90°. I called at 4:45pm and 7:30pm....since it says they are 24hrs....and didn't get a call back until 9am the next day. Bernie himself told me the website has been wrong for 2 years. He then proceeded to be extremely angry and even suggested I call a different company since he is so busy. He was extremely difficult to work with last year and is again now. His tech guys are always very professional but he brings the entire company down. If I knew it would be this difficult to get support, I would have gone through another company.

Do your homework before you do business with this company or do not do business with them at all. Bernie has got some kind of a problem.He sold me a ductless mini split system for our Bed & Breakfast that was supposed to replace our window A/C units and floor Gas heaters. He recommended three condensers and 9 wall units; one for each room. Soon after installation, we discovered that each floor was supposed to be either on air or heat and as a result guests could not control their temperatures individually unless each floor was either on heat or air. Long story short, we ended up keeping our gas heaters and only got rid of our window units. He also claimed that the units had a 10 year warranty and that after the first year of labor warranty he would take care of us.

We had a few issues with the units and they could not fix them during warranty and soon after the one year labor warranty was up, he refused to provide service and asked me to go to other companies for service. He is rude, insulting and only wants to sell a system and not provide service. The only positive about this company was his technicians and his then Office Manager, Gigi who were all very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. If it wasn't because of his staff, I would have rated his company 1 star (*) since (0) is not available. Simply put, he sells you a system and makes all kinds of promises and then he drops you like a hot potato.

Highly recommend Myatt Air. We have been using them for over 10 years. Had our preventative maintenance checkup today. Keith Edel is a great technician. Very efficient & knowledgeable. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need.

M&B installed a new heating/AC system in our condo when our decades-old system finally failed. They showed up on time, worked quickly and quietly, and finished a little ahead of scheduled on the same day. They explained the new system and left a dozen air filters for us. The price was reasonable; we are very happy with the new system.

If you're having problems with your AC or Heatpump or ductwork after the hurricane, you owe it to yourself to call Myatt Air Conditioning. Bernie Myatt and his employees are honest, hardworking individuals. I've used their services for the past 20+ years and will continue to do so for years to come. Gigi and the office staff are wonderful. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Customer Service is their number one priority. You can TRUST them. Thanks Bernie & Crew!!!!

Great customer service, very professional and tech very knowledgeable. Unbelievable that they came within an hour of my call and had to replace a fan motor. The tech left and was back within 2 hours with the motor, and replaced the motor and the whole job was completed in less then 6 hours. Honest and very reasonable in my opinion. They will be my heating and air conditioning service from here on. Very good job Myatt.

Where do I even begin. Myatt and his team were amazing! They replaced our old duct work under our home. They were finished in a day and a half. In the process, they even provided a portable AC unit to make sure we were comfortable. Their team was very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Myatt and his team.
