Steve Rossi and New England Boiler Works did my boiler this past fall and he was very professional, cost effective, and dependable. I would highly suggest him to anyone who is looking for a boiler repair/replacement.

I needed my hot water heater replaced urgently, Steve stepped up and was able to assist in less than a week, with a great price. He was friendly and attentive.

These people are the best by far wonderful to do business with and they are catering and understanding they went out of there way to do the right thing by there customer as well as kept the area clean and neat after they left my wife and I just can’t say enough good about them if you need a boiler these are the people to get.

I gave 3 stars, because while yes the work was done and done on time we have never been able to get Steven back out here to fix an issue.
