They aren't cheap, but they always have oil and their maintenance team is always skilled and respectful. They found and replaced a bad circulator during our annual boiler tune up on the spot.

This place way over charges you and their contract is useless and gets you nothing. Definitely go with someone else. Also, they wait until you call them to get a fill up.

I am so happy that I have a service contract with Petro. My boiler stopped working and someone came out with in a couple of hours from the call. Everything was covered and I didn't have to pay anything. Thank you Petro for the great service.

I have been a customer for many years and have always been very satisfied with their service. No matter what time of day or night they are there If you need them. You may find less expensive companies to deal with but if your looking for reliability then Petro is your company.

Beware of this company. Will tell you one thing to get you to sign on, then do the complete opposite.

My husband and I recently purchased a home with oil heat which neither of us have had before. Unfortunately we ran out of oil within a month of purchasing the home and didn't have a contract with anyone. Petro set us up quickly and easily and spent the time to guide us through our options. They were the only company who responded to us in a way which made us feel valued and got oil out to us the same day. Great customer service. Looking forward to working with them for years to come!

What I find is A+ is their quick response . Recently I was running short on oil. They were there the next day early in the morning.

I first want to say i had no choice to give 1 star....I spoke to rep. Who said that would send a tech waited 4 hrs to only be told that both techs were sick and we have no heat...they claim 24 hour service company with no 1 to help me...i explained that i have an elderly grandmother who is ill!!! They dont care unprofessional company! Do your self a favor find someone else...

Petro has been my oil company for 17 years, and there's a reason that's the longest time I've ever had a service provider. Petro has been responsive, conscientious, and always willing to work with me to resolve any issues. More than once they have sent a technician to my home in the middle of a freezing winter's night to fix a problem with my burner. And throughout the years they have been very flexible with their pricing and payment plans. If I ever have another home they will definitely be my oil company!
