Worst oil company around sign a contract with them and they treat you like dirt they charge you almost double what other companies are getting they suck stoped oil deliveries and they came and got there propane tank when no one was home with more than 80 percent full they suck .

Great service! Our heating system was leaking water through the relief valve. We called Petro whom I have a service contract with and they sent a technician to our house within two hours. The technician walked in immediately new the issue and fixed the problem in less than an hour.

Awesome service, boiler broke down the coldest day of the year so far it was negative 1, we were serviced within 3 hours of our call !!!!!! AMAZING we had HEAT, would never go to another service YOUR THE BEST PETRO!!!

They used to be a good company. You always paid more for oil with them but the service was worth it. The past few years they've grown too fast and cannot maintain any service. I have several rental accounts with them and they consistently let them run dry then put up a fight when I demand them to be refilled before the properties freeze. As a landlord and homeowner I am consistently dealing with aggrevation due to this company and am in the process of moving all of my accounts away from them.

I have generally had a good experience with their service but their price for oil is astronomical. I got a delivery on 9/1/17 at $3.49 per gallon ... a quick poll of other FULL SERVICE suppliers in the area revealed that others were in the the area of $2.20 per gallon. I urge everyone to shop around.

I have had Petro Home Services taking care of me for over 15 years. I have never been let down, disappointed or anything but TOTALLY impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and dependability of their service
department. That includes the dispatchers as well as the technicians. I always complain to myself when I receive my annual service contract statement, but get over it very quickly following their responsiveness to any problems I encounter. Thank you Petro for your excellence.

My heat is currently out. It's 40 degrees in my home right now. I've called Petro multiple times this morning. At one point, they had me on hold for 30 minutes. As soon as someone picked up the line, they hung up on me. Other numbers I've called (including the 800 number on their website) appear to be down. The phone doesn't even ring. I've Facebook messaged them, sent them two direct messages on their website, and I'm currently on hold on two different phones trying to get my system fixed. I certainly won't be using their services next year. If I could give them negative stars on Google, I would. My wife and dog are sitting in 40 degrees temps while we wait to get this issue resolved. I've never dealt with such terrible service.

Terrible service and the highest price out there. We tolerated paying an extra dollar or more per gallon for oil from Petro based upon the mistaken assumption that we would receive good service. We are on automatic delivery and we pay for a service contract. 1. They let us run out of oil. 2. They were not staffed appropriately and could not come for over a day. I found another company to get us started with enough oil for the day. When Petro did come the next day, the they charged us at over a dollar more than any other supplier. I also paid another company to do the service that I have been paying Petro by way of contract to perform. Want to test them? Next cold day call their service number and measure the wait time.

Waited almost a week for a credit check! I'll go to another company will not sign a contract with these people.
