Cardinal charged me $700 to replace a bathtub faucet cartridge for a property I own. They did not get the price approved by my property management company, and charged double the market rate for this repair. It's a $20 part! I have advised my property management company that we will not be using Cardinal anymore.
My air conditioner stopped working, so I made a call to see if they could get in and check it out. They were very prompt and easy to work with. They have excellent communication, and are very professional. After the initial consult, they realized I needed a whole new heating and air conditioning unit. I had to work so I had my sister come over and do the initial consult, when I called back, they explained the situation and offered to have a consultant meet with me after work, so that we can develop a plan for installation of a new unit. They were very thorough and explained everything expertly. Would definitely recommend them if you are in need.
Recently had Cardinal out to clean our ductwork in our home. Our technician was on time, very friendly and informative. The process takes basically a full day and he was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and found. Highly recommend Cardinal for you duct cleaning needs.
I randomly called Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning to research their programs and costs. Within minutes of that first call I was convinced that working with their team would be a great decision. Right away their team was "on it", staying in touch, working to get us improved dates for service (which they delivered on), as well as educating us on what we needed to get done. We are now on their yearly maintenance plan. We've already had one visit and the technician they sent (Kevin) was top notch. Very professional, great customer service and total mastery of his craft. To us this visit was a confirmation of the choice we made when we decided to go with their team. From sales, to customer service, project and parts management to technicians, they stand apart as "best in class". In a business world full of poor customer service it is so refreshing to come across a company that really understands how to practice what they preach.
We had a simple bathroom project that turned into a major headache. Carl and Noah helped to save the day! They were honest, knowledgeable, patient, careful, thorough and did a fantastic job in helping us get back on track. And the customer service team is great as well! Cardinal has become our plumber of choice and we recommend them highly!
Working with Cardinal through the entire process has been fantastic. From the original emergency call for no AC after hours on July 3rd through all the communication leading up to the technician visiting us. We especially liked the picture and little tidbits of info about Tyler. While onsite, Tyler was very upfront with everything he was doing, answered all my questions and took pictures of everything as record. He even identified a safety issue that was quite likely overlooked by a different service provider just 6 months ago during a routine inspection. I also appreciated an immediate call back for scheduling with a "comfort consultant." We have used several different providers in the area and found Cardinal to be the most customer friendly and responsive. We have also recommended them to family who are now customers. Thank you, Cardinal!

I had a water leak above the kitchen ceiling. It was the cold water return that goes to my sink faucet. Matt came a made a small hole in the ceiling and found the leak. He was very courteous and personal and cleaned up everything from the mess. I would give Matt a 120% for efficiency and knowledge of this situation. GOOD JOB, MATT. Claudette Wisniewski

Matt Behm did an awesome and complete job looking into my air conditioning unit. Gave me great advice on how to maintain it and saved me money by signing up for their maintenance program. Completely satisfied with the work done and knowing my furnace and AC unit are under a yearly maintenance program
Justin and his partner were courteous, explained everything clearly and provided immediate fixes. I would definitely use Cardinal again!
Definitely very nice people. There was some miscommunication with the ability to replace my AC without replacing the furnace too, but they were very professional and understanding while we were working to get back in the same page. Without a doubt they worked very hard to replace both, which I appreciate.
Cardinal has served our family for over 3 years here at our home. Whether we need heating/cooling assistance or are inquiring about an electrical upgrade, the team is always willing to assist and are very friendly to work with. Would 100% recommend!
Cardinal showed up the same day our electricity went out. Bad wiring to AC in 88 degree heat wave. Mike was the electrician and he fixed the issue. Great to work with.
Cole, the technician who came to our home to do an annual service check of our air conditioner, was friendly and professional. He introduced himself when he arrived, let me know what he was doing, and explained a couple potential issues he had identified. He seemed knowledgeable and competent. I was satisfied with the service.
Rick, owner, examined present system, recommended options. Bid offered in less than 24 hrs. Dual zone Armstrong HVAC with dehumidifier & extensive duct/electrical work completed within 1 week of bid. Job handled by 3 very professional gents. Rick there at the end to ensure satisfaction. Another note, the installers seemed to really enjoy not only the task but their working together which indicates this is a good place of employment.
The technician was very thorough in cleaning our air conditioner and inspecting our furnace. Both units are less than 7 years old but the tune up was money very well spent. He took time to fully explain what he found and updated. The Cardinal Care package is a no brainer to sign up for and highly reccomend it to anyone to keep your expensive items in top notch condition to help lenghten their lives.
The technician had my air conditioner problem pinpointed before I arrived home for my appointment. Very thorough and helpful. Quick service. I go to Cardinal for all of my HVAC needs. I HATE mice!
Hired technicians at Cardinal to conduct a duct cleaning and they were on time, reliable, and informative. There originally was going to be one technician and having two saved some time, which I appreciated. Good value for the square feet that needed to be cleaned and I would recommend them!
Jonathan was awesome! He fixed our tub drain & installed a toilet for us in under 2 hours. He was friendly, and professional. He cleaned up the work areas completely. We enjoyed having him do these services for us! Five stars, all the way! Thank you Jonathan & Cardinal. We highly recommend this company. Their service was outstanding!
