Greg the plumber and Sean the HVAC technician were fantastic and straight to the point when letting me know how my service went on my water heater, water softener, heating and cooling systems. All my systems are operating fine, my water softener is going to be replaced, new faucets were installed, filters were changed and my air conditioner were serviced with the highest expertise in mind. I am pleased with the highest quality of young men that the Action team sent to my home today. Sincerely, AG

I bought a brand new air conditioning system almost 2 years ago. My previous one worked fine but since I needed a new furnace they said I should get a new A/C at same time so I did. They put a 5 ton furnace (this works great) with a new 3 ton system which they said is what my house needed. From the get go nothing but problems. I have multiple service calls that yea it works. Finally a guy came out and the trainee said it is way too small for your house and it ruined the system. Well not only too small but they installed a smaller one 2.5) than what I paid for. So then they put a 3.5 ton one in but didn’t do a new system just new parts. Wiener didn’t know what to do about it as he hadn’t seen that before and had no clue how warranty would work with that. Now after 8-10 service call and Multiile days and weeks off of work still do not have a working system. They keep saying too much Freon then next call not enough then line contaminated I don’t k own what to believe. I will be calling her again tomorrow as when I called last week now I have barely an airflow and 2 plus hours to go one degree and not removing humidity. This has been nothing short of a joke!!!!!! I will be calling again this week or my attorney to get resolve that the last 10 times haven’t. And this is just a small piece of the problems I have had with this AC. The last worker told me installed wrong and they r trying to fix it. Well maybe uninstall and new one is in order then.
Action techs were able to resolve our electrical problems for ceiling pendant lights in kitchen. Very impressed with their troubleshooting abilities. Definitely have them back when needed.
Easy to schedule and timely arrival. Explained all findings to my level of understanding and was advised on simple fixes and when to call for professional service. Did not feel pressured.
Commercial is silly..guy calls for furnace service than tells service guy "I didn’t know you worked on furnaces too." Then why did you call them for service on your furnace?

They charged me $350 for 1.5 hrs of work today and drove back and forth to their company for 37 minutes of it. $45 Amazon part was $155. And they wouldn't let me have the old part until they walked out or to their van and back in.

Responsive business and the technician was great and friendly. Although he couldn't fix our vent pipe leakage in the attic due to lack of supply in his truck, we are happy that he'd confirmed the causes of the leakage and advise how it can be preminately fix later.
Sean did an excellent job replacing my failed and leaking water heater with a larger one that didn't require upgrades to the exhaust duct.
Action is fast, professional and punctual at the service. In the mean time reasonable price.

I had a particular problem with the heating system in my basement. The technician came punctually, carefully inspected the whole system, detected the problem and quickly resolved it. He comprehensively explained the problem to me, informed what needed to be done and even made good recommendations for improving the performance of the system He clearly is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly

Excellent service. Punctual, to the point. Were mindful of protective footwear during today's heavy snow storm. Excellent at answering my questions and making recommendations for future upgrades. I've always been pleased with this company (Action plumbing, heating and electric) and would highly recommend them to others.
I had a great experience with Action. They not only fixed an issue that has happened before but they showed me what might be the cause. They then helped diagnose the issue more and showed me what was happening and how it could cause the issue I was having. They went out of their way many times to try and inform me as much as they could about my issue and the general plumbing in the house. Absolutely fantastic.
