Still waiting for an estimate not sure how long it takes for an estimate called twice
Great service when our AC stopped working. Very professional from the first contact to completion of the repair. We're especially grateful that service technician Cipriano made the extra effort to find an affordable solution that was not immediately obvious.
2019 I taken HVAC servicing from this company - recommendation was heat exchanger rusty. Today I got a service call (secondary heat exchanger bad need to replace) from other company (Home Depot linked inspection company) and I went in person to get a quotes from "New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning" for replacement of secondary heat exchanger replacement labor cost because parts are in under lifetime warranty (20 years). New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning totally refuse to give me an estimation or showing any interest for my work. Such a pathetic professional in New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning. Hence I am not recommending this company for future service.
We had NB Heating install a new furnace for us in December. They were on time, professional and very helpful with questions we had. They had to come back when we noticed the air circulation in the house was not like it used to be. Eric G discovered there was a booster blower that our old furnace had but was not electrically hooked up to our new furnace. He discovered this after going down into our sub-basement in a Greendale original home. We are very pleased with NB Heating and recommend them to anyone.
Cipriano Sanapaw from New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was very professional, on time and kind. He not only resolved our issue, he went above and beyond to figure it all out. We have a crawl space (which isn’t easy to access) and he came up and out to the van twice and back down again with out any complaints and had a very positive attitude! He had the part on hand and got our furnace fixed and also changed our filter, while he was down there. Hopefully we won’t need to call for service again anytime soon but if we do we will definitely be requesting Cipriano. Thank you for your outstanding service.
I called to have someone look at my leaking furnace. Brent did not even look at the problem said my furnace was old and not worth fixing, then charged me $100.00 service call fee and tried to sell me a new over priced furnace and CA system.Glad I called another company 15 min to clean the trap and all fixed for $60.00. Feel like I was being scammed by New Berlin Heating and Air. Would never call again! Your technician did not even look at my furnace.
Ciprano was efficient friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. We called at 7 am on a Sunday and by 1:00 we had heat! Highly recommend!
Not everyone offers 24/7 emergency services, I appreciate the quick response.
Wish I could give 0 stars. This company is a scam and not to be trusted. They told me I need a new furnace and AC so I had 2 other contractors come and take a look and both said that my equipment is fine and does not need replacing.
New Berlin Heating and Cooling installed a steam boiler at my property and they jury-rigged it so bad that it is a complete loss only a few years later. If you're working with steam boilers, do not use these guys.
No emergency service, no one answered the phone....i fixed it myself
Cipriano helped to install a new thermostat this summer and walked me through the new technology. I requested him back this fall to do furnace maintenance for my house. He has done a great job explaining what he was doing and being thorough with his work. I have already passed along his name and quality of his services to friends and family. Thank you for everything.
Every time we've called they've sent someone out promptly and they've always been courteous and professional. Highly recommend. They will get all of our business.
My AC died August 7th by August 12th I had new AC and Furnace, the crew of guys that did the install were very nice and courteous. The one thing they did that I didn't care for was they put my filter from the old unit ( it was clean) in my new furnace, and didn't write the date on it, and they didn't leave me any new filers or filter at all. But with one phone call to New Berlin heating and Air conditioning that problem was taken care of. I would recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.
After only 3 hours, we have (quiet!) air conditioning again! The crew was amazing, and all of the installation went like clockwork.

Cipriano took care of us like we were family. We knew he cared that our medical need for the air conditioning in this heat and humidity made this more than about being comfortable. He got to it, explained the issue, and he took care of the failed part. We couldn’t believe he had one on his truck! At this was at 9:30 pm at night. Who takes care of their clients like that? Cipriano sure does! Highly recommend!

Have been using New Berlin Heating for years for service (and replacement) of our furnaces and A/C units. Recently had Nels service our A/C units to make sure they're ready for summer. Nice to have a technician who has been to our house before and really knows his stuff. Professional group.
Scott with sales was really helpful in making a decision on AC size for my upper unit in a duplex. Scott was here on the day of install to give further details to the install team. Antoino, Brian and Davin we’re all fantastic! They installed new AC and did a GREAT job! All of them very knowledgeable and explained the process and what to expect. Great experience! I highly recommend!
