I have to update this review, now that Gregg Heating also installed our new A/C unit. Just like the furnace installation, the job was done right, on time, and they took care to address a little issue that came up when a company is replacing a 20+-year-old air conditioner. We got great advice during the consultation, including options that fit our budget. Five stars, once again! I wanted to replace my 20 year old Rheem furnace before winter, and went with Gregg for two reasons: One, they are a Rheem "ProPartner" company, so they have the experience with that brand that I was expecting. As for reason number two, the previous reviews listed here gave Gregg Heating the edge. As for the work, swapping out the old for the new was a bit easier because in my case the Rheem fittings lined up well with the previous model. The installers also helped improve our return air, increasing the flow via larger duct work where the return connections meet up with the furnace. The installers kept the place clean, they were on time, they answered my questions, and were out the door in less than a day. There was no hard sell, no upsell, just good service. The installer tested everything before leaving, and I'm looking forward to years of heat without worry.
My furnace and AC unit were pretty old. The furnace finally went last week. My dad had a furnace installed by them previously and had a great experience. He sent me their contact and after giving them a call, I can say the same. Very pleased with the entire experience. Staff were all friendly and did a great job. The next day everything was finished and life was back to normal.
Fantastic service; came out and properly diagnosed my problem and they moved things around to install a new furnace first thing on monday morning. I even priced checked them and they were much lower and provided great quality service...they will be my heating and AC company for life.

After a few quotes for new AC install, selected Gregg. Appreciated that it is a smaller company, Kyle the owner comes to do the quoting. He is knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and helped troubleshoot a few other minor issues unrelated to our AC install. Also always on time & responsive.
Best service technicians and customer support, often able to get same day service. Today our air conditioning went out, called Gregg Heating, Kyle came right out found our problem replaced wire and we are cooling 😎.
Unbelievable response time! I called less than an hour before their close of business time. Figured I’d get an appointment the next day. Repairman was sent out immediately and worked to troubleshoot our A/C problem and then fix it. Great service!

We just had Gregg Heating replace our 25 year old Rheem furnace and AC. After all those years of trouble-free service, we were only interested in Rheem products. Kyle was the third company we had come in to quote our needs. His presentation was the reason we had his company do the installation. He smoothly presented all of the product information, yet never tried to "up sell" our purchase. The day of our installation, he arrived on time, laid down carpet protection, repaired some ductwork, made the installation, and cleaned up. We are very pleased with Gregg Heating, and we will do it again in 25 years.

We were extremely pleased with our recent experience using Gregg’s Heating And Air-Conditioning. Our air went out on a VERY hot summer’s day and as our senior dog just had major surgery we were very concerned for her wellbeing in the heat. My husband called and due to a cancellation they were able to come out within a 1/2 hour. They found the problem and were able to put in a new unit 2 days later! They were professional, hardworking, honest and even put down a runner to protect the floor! We would highly recommend Gregg’s Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone in need of service. Thanks for your great service....we slept great last night in our COOL house!!!
I had my A/C unit and furnace replaced at the same time. Kyle, the owner, came out promptly to give me an estimate and he was there the following day to install the units. He was on time and very professional. When he finished, he went through the new units with me and showed me how to program the thermostat. Kyle and his team replaced my aging furnace and AC. Kept in contact for scheduling and any updates. Did a great job on the install, taking extra care putting down runners and plastic as not to damage or dirty my floors as they came in an out. They were in and out in a half day. Walked me though the unit, answered any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Last summer we were looking for quotes on an AC unit. Kyle the owner came out and presented us with a competitive price. He was very personal and professional. On Friday the 13th of 2019 our furnace wasn't working. We watch our granddaughters on Friday and needed heat. Sarah said they would be available later in the day. I questioned if they could do any better. She replied that Kyle, the owner, would be in approximately 10 minutes later and she said she would call back. Less than 6 min later, we had a technition on the way. The tech Nolan was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Would highly recommend Gregg heating.
Best home contractor I've worked with in years. On-time, on-budget with great service. They did two full days of work replacing two furnaces and an AC unit. Didn't realize one of the guys was the new owner until job was done. In a world full of dishonest scammers trying to make an extra buck, these guys really restore your faith in the good guys. Couldn't recommend more highly.
