Awesome service
Needed new HVAC system for house. Staff came to assess site for equipment and work required within 3 days of being contacted, quote provided the next day. Prestige promptly answered numerous questions before quote accepted. Other companies contacted either did not call back or never provided quote after promising one. After quote accepted, system installed within 2 weeks to accommodate our schedule. Install was performed professionally and quickly over two days. Equipment, duct work, wiring and plumbing was very neatly installed and area cleaned up better than when staff arrived. I would unquestionably use Prestige in the future for HVAC needs.
Jordan came out on a short notice when our AC went out. He quickly diagnosed the issue and took care of it that day. Very professional, honest & fair. Will be using prestige in the future!
Friday night and the AC stops working….Jordan came out straight away and saved the day! He was honest and explained everything he was doing and to have our ac back just in time for bed on a Friday, I would have happily paid twice as much. I had Jordan both install heating in my home and service my AC. I will definitely continue to use his company. He is very knowledgeable and cost is reasonable. For me what sets him apart is the willingness to spend time to answer questions and go the extra mile to help us - something many bigger name places would never do. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service And responsiveness.
My hot water heater broke and water was everywhere in my basement. I called Jordan at Prestige Heating and Cooling and he was there the next morning (on a Sunday!) and installed a new water heater, cleaned up the water and hauled away the old one in a matter of a couple hours! Very reasonable price too. I will be using Prestige H&C for all my HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Prestige Heating & Cooling was able to quickly diagnosis our problem and explain the solution in terms that we could understand. Jordan took the time to investigate and resolve an issue that two other HVAC companies could not. Would highly recommend them as they are not only talented, but trustworthy and honest. Something that is very important when it comes to service professionals.
Jordan is one of the best around and a well trusted professional. He was able to get to our house the same day our heat went out during a cold blast. He was able to get our heating working that day and before my wife got too cold. I would recommend him to my friends and family any day!
Jordan is experienced, dependable and honest. We used a $99.00 special listed on the website for a furnace tune up.Jordan arrived on time and was very professional and personable. He takes time to explain the work he is doing and gave us honest guidance and tips to get the most life out of our old furnace. We feel lucky to have found him and will continue to use Prestige Heating and Cooling. I highly recommend Jordan.
